Trackmania Turbo was originally set to arrive in November or December of 2015 but Ubisoft opted to delay the game in order to ensure its quality.
And after a couple of months of waiting we now finally have the official release date, March 25th. Along with this announcement came a gravity-defying gameplay trailer, have a look:

After being reminded earlier today of how poor the PC port of Arkham Knight really is I'm very glad I can bring you some good news from the completely opposite spectrum.
Crystal Dynamics released today the first PC patch for Rise of the Tomb Raider that brought with it performance optimization, new graphical options and a bunch of bugfixes. The full patch notes are below:

I genuinely have no idea why WB has such a low opinion of the PC platform. The port of Arkham Knight was an absolute disaster on launch that only got fixed for some configurations. More recently they've announced that the updated version of Mortal Kombat X (which includes much better netcode) will not be coming to the PC.
And now they've also confirmed that the Mac and Linux ports of Arkham Knight, which were announced a long time ago, will not be coming. Thankfully, you can issue a refund if you were affected by this. Here's the short announcement message:

The core part of this transformation is Rapidiment's After Us: Rodeo mod which is rather stylish recreation of The Last of Us visuals in GTA V. It unfortunately doesn't affect the entirety of GTA V's map but where it does work it works extremely well as you'll see in the video below.
The video itself was made by a youtuber called taltigolt who cleverly combined GTAFREAk67S's Joel (The Last Of Us) mod with After Us: Rodeo to create something very similar to The Last of Us. Here's the video:

Despite the original Mirror's Edge being only a minor hit I'm very glad DICE and EA opted to greenlight a sequel to what might be one of the most unique AAA games done in a very long time.
And with Catalyst's May release date slowly approaching we are now finally getting some tidbits of information, this time around in the form of a story trailer. Take a look:

Its been a good couple of years for us old school RPG lovers with both indie and large companies all of a sudden realizing there is actually a market for these sort of games.
Pillars of Eternity is perhaps the best and most polished one out of the whole lot and with the upcoming update 3.0 its set to become even better. Here's the developer video announcing the update and my short overview of the changes:

If you're not familiar with Dust 514, it is a Playstation 3 exclusive FPS released back in 2013 and set in the EVE universe. Dust 514 was an interesting experiment but locking it away behind a PS3 exclusivity when the original EVE MMO is a PC only game was a rather questionable move that has now reached its sad conclusion.
So while Dust 514 is unfortunately going to kick the dust on May 30th CCP has announced they are working on a new PC exclusive FPS set in the EVE universe that will allow the team to implement everything they've learned from Dust 514 but without the technological limitations that come with ancient consoles. Here's the announcement message:

Despite the Souls series being so popular these days and Dark Souls 3 at the head of a massive hype train there is surprisingly little gameplay footage, especially of the thief "class".
So if you're like me and you're looking for more I have some good news because a youtuber by the name of Gilmore Mizzi captured 6 minutes of Dark Souls 3 footage from a recent private From Software stream. Here's the video:

The delay between beta tests has been slightly longer this time around since Blizzard was hard at work on adding an entirely new game mode and maps after many players complained about repetition in the previous tests.
However, the wait is now over and the Overwatch beta is set to re-open on February 9th. Those that are lucky enough to get in can expect to see a reworked progression system, a new game mode and two maps, a bunch of balance changes and an update to the Private Game system. Here's a bit more information:

Its been around a year now since 22cans, the studio behind Godus, along with Peter Molyneux went completely radio silent following a massive community backlash over, you guessed it, over-promising and under-delivering.
And now, after a year long exile Peter Molyneux is back once more, this time with Godus Wars, a combat/RTS spin-off of the original god game. Here's my overview of the situation:
