[Update #2]: Shadow Warrior 3's lengthy preview shows off the colorful world, explosive action and terrible puns
[Update]: Shadow Warrior 3 gameplay preview shows off the grappling hook and colorful new enemies
I hope you're in the mood for ridiculously over-the-top action and terrible puns, because Shadow Warrior 3 has just been announced! Much like its predecessors, Shadow Warrior 3 will be all about the combination of fast-paced melee and ranged combat, though this time around with a much greater focus on mobility and aggression.
You can get a little bit of a sneak peek at what this looks like in gameplay terms, as well as check out the newly added grappling hook, through the teaser trailer below. Have a gander, it's a rather self-aware one:

[Update #2]: Grounded's newest update has added a massive bird and a new perk system!
[Update]: Grounded has now arrived, and as expected, spiders are bloody horrifying when they're three times your size!
While most survival games these days are attempting to make things ever more grandiose in order to attract attention, Obsidian has chosen to go in a bit of a different direction with Grounded. Instead of roaming across gigantic landscapes, Grounded will have you explore and attempt to survive in a simple backyard... while shrunk down to the size of an ant!
If that sounds like just the type of nonsense you'd love to sink your teeth into, you can give Grounded a bit of a closer look through one of recent trailers. Have a peek, it's a fairly short but fun one:

[Update]: Horizon Zero Dawn has now landed onto PC, though not without serious technical issues.
The robot-smashing action-RPG Horizon Zero Dawn will be coming to PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store on August 7, 2020. More importantly, if the newly posted preview is any judge, it'll be doing so alongside some rather nifty PC-exclusive features and improvements!
Expect to see support for ultra-wide resolutions and uncapped framerates, as well as dynamic foliage and improved reflections. To top it all off, there will also be an assortment of graphical settings to tweak, along with a benchmarking tool in order to give you a good idea of what exactly it'll all look like in-game. Pretty good stuff, all things considered!

[Update #2]: I have some bad news to deliver - The Settlers reboot has now been postponed due to negative beta feedback.
[Update]: After many delays, Ubisoft's big The Settlers reboot is launching on March 17, 2022.
Back in 2018 Ubisoft announced a brand new entry in The Settlers series, and for maximum confusion, titled it The Settlers. Originally, The Settlers was supposed to launch in late 2019, but as the release date grew closer, Ubisoft chose to push it back in order to ensure it delivers on its promises.
Quite a few months have gone by since then, but unfortunately The Settlers are still nowhere near completion. Things are going to remain like that for a while longer, since according to the latest developer update, The Settlers has again been postponed until further notice while the team works on polishing everything to a mirror sheen.

As the whole "massively multiplayer online RPG" thing would imply, World of Warcraft works best when there's a vibrant community of players roaming around. Unfortunately, over the years quite a few servers have ended up in a situation where their population is so remarkably low that the high-level raiding scene is nonexistent, their auction house permanently half-empty, and the moment-to-moment interactions somewhat limited.
After allowing this problem to fester for quite a few years, I'm very happy to say that Blizzard is now finally looking to address it. According to the latest developer update, they will be connecting every single low-population server to a substantially larger one until there is no longer a 'bad' server choice to make.

[Update]: Hyper Scape is heading over to PC and consoles this August 11, 2020.
After a brief round of teasers, Ubisoft has now finally unveiled their next game - Hyper Scape. As expected, Hyper Scape will be a fast-paced, neon-colored battle royale set on an urban and endlessly shifting map.
Once you land into the virtual city of Neo Arcadia, you'll need to roam around in order to collect not only weapons, but also unique abilities that range from creating massive barriers to doing a superhero landing with an appropriately over-the-top shockwave. And if you manage to find multiples of the same weapon, worry not as they'll be used to upgrade the one you already have!

[Update]: Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon 2 has just arrived with its mech-piloting Corgi!
While Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon 2 got announced a little while ago, the developers appear to have 'forgotten' to mention a couple of really important details. For example, not only will all of the original characters be present in the sequel, but there will be two-player co-op as well!
You can get a little sneak peek at what all of this looks like in gameplay terms through the freshly posted trailer. If you've already seen the previous one, then feel free to skip to around ~50 seconds as that's when the completely new gameplay comes in. Have a gander:

[Update #2]: Crash Bandicoot 4 has now landed onto Steam as well, while a new game is likely to get announced on December 8th, 2022.
[Update]: Crash Bandicoot 4 has now made its way onto PC, though sadly with an always-online requirement.
After being the target of a rather massive leak, Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time was finally and officially announced a little while ago. You can expect to see it this October 2nd for Xbox One and PlayStation 4, while the PC version will be lagging slightly behind as is unfortunately tradition.
Once Crash Bandicoot 4 became available for pre-order, however, it was quickly noticed that the Microsoft Store states it'll offer "in-app purchases." As you might imagine given the wording, this equally quickly resulted in a large amount of pushback against microtransactions in game that simply doesn't need them.

[Update #2]: The legendary Halo 3 has made its way to PC alongside numerous technical improvements
[Update]: Halo 3 will be launching onto PC this July 14th!
After around 350,000 players gave the PC version of Halo 3 a try, the extended beta test came to a close this Monday. However, while the general reaction to the beta was overwhelmingly positive, there were also a fair few complaints about the hit detection and the audio being muffled.
In order to explain what exactly causes this perception, as well as to showcase what the team is doing in order to address any potential issues, the Master Chief Collection devs have now released a remarkably lengthy and detailed developer update. You can find it over at the official website, but for now, here's a brief snippet to pique your interest:

[Update #2]: Worms Rumble has now landed onto PC and PlayStation alongside pretty solid reviews.
[Update]: Worms Rumble is set to launch this December 1, 2020.
In a bit of a strange departure from its strategy roots, the upcoming Worms Rumble will be a 32-player, real-time action game with plenty of weapons and customization options to mess around with. When it comes to the game modes themselves, Worms Rumble will feature the fairly standard Deathmatch and Last Worm Standing modes, as well as its very own Battle Royale variant!
If you're wondering what all of this madness looks like in gameplay terms, allow me to share with you the recently posted trailer. Have a look, it's certainly an unexpected one:
