[Update]: Not only has Afterlife arrived, but Death's Gambit is also getting its very first paid expansion on February 10, 2022!
Quite a bit of time has gone by since Death's Gambit first launched, but it seems like the White Rabbit team is not done with their Souls-like action-adventure just yet. In other words, you might be happy to hear that Death's Gambit will not only be getting its very first and rather chunky expansion this September 30th, but also that the expansion will be entirely free!
Death's Gambit: Afterlife will bring with it 8+ new levels to explore, 6 new bosses, 20+ new weapons, as well as 90+ new talent points to mess around with. And just to increase the replayability even further, Afterlife will also mix up the original game with new enemies and routes, add an assortment of quality-of-life features and improvements, and even bring in a couple of new endings to uncover.

Sable, a stylish and exploration focused adventure, has now landed onto PC and Xbox

In sharp contrast to the numerous action-adventures that task you with hacking and slashing your way through hordes of enemies, the freshly released Sable is all about exploring the world and soaking in the atmosphere. Instead of battles Sable will offer you a chance to customize and upgrade your hover bike, solve a bunch of puzzles and secrets, help an assortment of people you meet along the way, and naturally, try to figure out just what in the world happened to... well, the world!
Since the visuals and atmosphere are Sable's biggest draws, allow me to share with you the recently posted trailer. It should give you a pretty good idea of the sort of direction Sable has gone in. Have a look:

[Update]: After many years and many delays, Freedom Planet 2 will finally be launching on September 13th, 2022.
Freedom Planet 2 was originally supposed to release at some point in 2018, but as you might imagine things didn't go exactly according to plan and so Freedom Planet 2 was repeatedly delayed. Quite a few years have gone by since then, but I'm pleased to say that Freedom Planet 2's long journey will soon be coming to a (hopefully glorious) end.
According to the newest update over at Twitter, GalaxyTrail have announced that Freedom Planet 2 will be unleashed in spring 2022. As far as launch platforms are concerned, only PC has been confirmed so far. That said, GalaxyTrail have already mentioned that they're interested in porting Freedom Planet 2 to consoles, so expect to see those versions at some point down the line as well.
Elex 2's newest preview offers a glimpse at the sequel's world-ending storyline

[Update]: Elex 2 has now landed onto PC and consoles, and much like the original it's as entertaining as it is janky.
As I mentioned throughout my review, the original Elex was a game of extremes, a game where absolutely brilliant ideas constantly intermingle with terrible or poorly executed ones. The bad never overwhelmed the good, however, and so the end result was a thoroughly enjoyable (and thoroughly janky) RPG experience, quite similar to Piranha Bytes' previous work on the Gothic and Risen series.
With that in mind, I'm very happy to say that Elex will 'soon' be getting a sequel. While I can't give you an exact release date just yet, I can at least help tide you over by sharing the recently posted preview that dives into Elex 2's world-ending storyline. Have a gander:

If you're looking for an excuse to revisit the surprisingly good World War Z, you'll be happy to hear that it has just received its very first expansion. Aftermath brings with it three new campaigns set in Rome, Vatican City and Kamchatka, a first-person mode option and improved melee combat, as well as a variety of new toys to utilize against the ravenous hordes.
What all of this looks like in actual gameplay, that you can get a bit of a sneak peek at through the recently posted launch trailer. Have a gander:
