[Update]: Elex 2 has now landed onto PC and consoles, and much like the original it's as entertaining as it is janky.
As I mentioned throughout my review, the original Elex was a game of extremes, a game where absolutely brilliant ideas constantly intermingle with terrible or poorly executed ones. The bad never overwhelmed the good, however, and so the end result was a thoroughly enjoyable (and thoroughly janky) RPG experience, quite similar to Piranha Bytes' previous work on the Gothic and Risen series.
With that in mind, I'm very happy to say that Elex will 'soon' be getting a sequel. While I can't give you an exact release date just yet, I can at least help tide you over by sharing the recently posted preview that dives into Elex 2's world-ending storyline. Have a gander:

[Update #2]: Overwatch 2's PvP mode will finally be heading into Closed Beta this April 2022.
[Update]: Blizzard have now shown and detailed the comprehensive Sombra and Bastion reworks, as well as offered a brief peek at the new Push game mode.
Despite Blizzard saying we'll get more Overwatch 2 information throughout this year, we have sadly received very little in terms of new details. In fact, outside of the PvP focused livestream back in July that showed off a bunch of maps and confirmed that the PvP mode will be 5v5, we have learned practically nothing about how Overwatch 2 will actually play.
There is a glimmer of hope on the horizon, however, as Blizzard has just announced a brand new Overwatch 2 update! While the specifics have not been revealed just yet, you can expect to learn more about the various Sombra and Bastion changes this September 25th during the Overwatch League finals.

[Update]: The second End of Dragons preview event is now live, and unsurprisingly the Bladesworn is pretty darn fun!
While the exact release date has not been announced just yet, Guild Wars 2's third expansion End of Dragons will be launching in early 2022. Once it arrives it'll bring with it the distant land of Cantha, a combat-focused turtle mount that seats two players, new Strikes, storylines and endgame challenges, as well as nine new elite specializations to toy around with.
Speaking of which, you might be happy to hear that we'll soon be getting another beta event showing off three of new specializations: the Elementalist based Catalyst, Warrior based Bladesworn, and Revenant based Vindicator. This second End of Dragons beta event will run from September 21 to September 25 and will be entirely free for everyone to enjoy, so even if you've never given Guild Wars 2 a try you'll still be able to poke your head in and see what all the hubbub is about.

I hope you're in the mood for a bit of a meta shakeup, because MTG Arena has just added the Innistrad: Midnight Hunt expansion. As you might expect given Innistrad's usual themes, Midnight Hunt has brought with it a whole host of zombies, vampires, spirits, and naturally, werewolves to play around with!
In terms of mechanics, however, Midnight Hunt features three important ones you'll need to watch out for: Flashback/Disturb, Coven, and the Day/Night Cycle. Here's a brief rundown of how they work:
