Dirt 5's release date has been pushed back once again, this time to November
- By Ash

Due to the developers needing a little bit more time to get everything polished up and ready to go, Dirt 5's release date has recently been postponed until October 16th. Unfortunately, that estimate appears to have been far too optimistic as Dirt 5 has now been delayed once more, this time around until November 6th.
"It sucks, we know," reads the brief developer update. "Seriously, we can't thank everyone enough for your support and excitement around Dirt 5, ever since its reveal back in May. The start line is now a little further away, but it's still very much in sight."

[Update]: Total War: Three Kingdoms devs have canceled all updates and are moving onto a new Total War game.
Now that Warhammer 2's DLC and the freshly released Troy have had their moment in the spotlight, it's time for the focus to shift back to Three Kingdoms and its new The Furious Wild DLC. As you might imagine from the name alone, The Furious Wild brings with the the southern Nanman tribes with their unique sets of units, campaign mechanics, sizable map area, and most importantly of all, a whole bunch of awesome-looking war animals!
You can get a pretty good impression of what all of this looks like in gameplay terms through two of the recent trailers. The first one is the announcement trailer that sets up the characters and shows off some of the units, while the second is a purely gameplay focused preview. Have a gander:

[Update #2]: Shadowlands' animated shorts are here to introduce the four Covenants!
[Update]: World of Warcraft's Shadowlands expansion will allow secondary characters to skip the story bits!
World of Warcraft's Shadowlands expansion is set to launch this October 27th, and in order to celebrate its upcoming arrival, Blizzard is looking to give away a unique mount to all players. This won't be any random mount, however, but rather one out of five concepts voted by the WoW community!
While there is sadly no concept art showing off what these mounts might look like, their names are fairly descriptive and you should have an easy time figuring out just what the final product will look like. As for the mounts themselves, here's what's on offer:
Surgeon Simulator 2 has just made its way to PC alongside a new multiplayer mode

If you ever thought that Surgeon Simulator just wasn't chaotic enough, you might be happy to hear that the newly released Surgeon Simulator 2 has brought in a co-op mode for up to four players. Every doctor is the same and has exactly the same lack of competence and fine motor control, so whether the addition of new staff is a actually good thing for your patients will highly depend on how much they care about silly things like lungs and such.
As for what exactly all of this nonsense looks like in actual gameplay, that you can find out through one of the recent trailers. Have a gander, it'll clue you in quite nicely on just what Surgeon Simulator 2 is all about:
Overwatch experimental update has heavily nerfed Roadhog and rebalanced shotguns as a whole

[Update]: The experimental update has gone live, and with it a heavy nerf to Roadhog.
While there is very little randomness in Overwatch's gameplay, shotguns are one of the few exceptions. Their bullet spread follows somewhat of a pattern but is mostly random, which means the actual damage you deal can significantly differ from shot to shot. Nowhere is this more noticeable than on Roadhog given that sometimes you can one-shot characters like Ana, and sometimes do barely 50% of their health.
Thankfully, all of this nonsense is looking like it will soon be coming to an end. As a part of the current experimental update, Blizzard has reworked all of the shotguns so they have a set and predictable spread, which should make them a lot more potent in the hands of skilled players.
Warhammer 40k themed tactical RPG Necromunda: Underhive Wars is launching next week

[Update]: Necromunda: Underhive Wars has now arrived for PC and consoles, though not without a fair few bugs.
It has been quite a while since Necromunda: Underhive Wars was first announced, but the long wait is now almost over! You can expect to see Necromunda and its somewhat unique take on tactical gameplay this September 8th on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
When it comes to the actual gameplay, in Necromunda you'll be able to choose from one of three unique gangs, customize and specialize each of their members, and then send them to glorious battle in distinctly Warhammer 40k dystopian hellholes. While the primary focus is on the story-driven singleplayer campaign, there will also be four-way online multiplayer, just in case you feel like a standard battle simply isn't chaotic enough.
