[Update #2]: MTG Arena will be adding a bunch of Commander Legends cards with July 2022's Alchemy Horizons set.
[Update]: MTG Arena's 30 card Alchemy: Kamigawa mini-set has now been unleashed.
Alchemy is MTG Arena's digital-only format that functions as a sort of spin-off of Standard. It contains all of the currently legal Standard with a couple of balance changes here and there, along with a variety of new and Alchemy exclusive cards to help spice up the format.
The latter is the topic of today's article, as Wizards of the Coast has just revealed that the next Alchemy focused mini-set Alchemy: Kamigawa will be launching on March 17th, 2022. It'll once again bring with it a variety of new cards that make use of the digital design space, though the number of them will be a bit lower than in the previous set in order to not overwhelm the fledgling format.

[Update]: Salt and Sacrifice has now landed onto PC and PlayStation, and unsurprisingly, it's a fun yet flawed experience.
Salt and Sacrifice is the upcoming sequel to the excellent 2D Souls-like RPG Salt and Sacrifice. While the details are still few and far between, Salt and Sacrifice will bring with it a greater focus on mobility through the usage of tools like the grappling hook, an improved inventory that will make it easier to utilize different items in combat, as well as more elaborate PvP and co-op options to help make everything just a bit more exciting.
What this looks like in actual gameplay, and especially all of that about the PvP side of things, that you can check out through the recently posted trailer. Have a peek:

The whole thing is essentially a collection of thirteen previously released Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles games from the arcade, NES, SNES, Genesis and Gameboy era, all spruced up with new features and visual enhancements.

[Update]: Terraria and Core Keeper are doing a small crossover to celebrate Terraria's upcoming Labor of Love update.
Freshly released into Steam Early Access, Core Keeper is a mining, crafting and exploration based sandbox game. As you might imagine from that description alone, most of your time in Core Keeper will be spend mining for resources and treasure, fighting monsters and exploring a procedurally generated underground world, as well as crafting new equipment and building up your base to help make yourself feel at home in the depths.
All of this can be done in either singleplayer or multiplayer with up to 7 other people, with the latter definitely being the more entertaining option. What Core Keeper looks like in action, however, that you can get a pretty good idea of through the recently posted trailer. Have a gander:

2D Metroidvania Axiom Verge 2 arrived onto PC via Epic Games Store, PlayStation and Switch back in late 2021. However, if you're not a fan of either of those platforms and are patiently waiting for some other options, you might be happy to hear that it will also be coming to Steam this year.
The one downside is that you'll have to wait a fair few months in order for the Steam version to actually arrive as the exclusivity agreement with Epic was signed for a full year. As such, Axiom Verge will only be landing onto Steam this August 11th, 2022.
Capcom's upcoming game Exoprimal is all about ridiculous fights between mechs and dinosaurs

[Update]: Exoprimal has now been unleashed and, much to my surprise, it's surprisingly competitive!
It's not every day someone takes your childhood fantasies and makes a game out of them, yet that's exactly what Capcom is doing with Exoprimal. To put it quite bluntly, Exoprimal is a team-based action game that's just an excuse to have mechs duke it out with hordes of dinosaurs, and yes, I absolutely want to play it!
Since words alone can't really do this concept justice, allow me to share with you the recently posted trailer. It should give you a pretty good idea of just how ridiculously over-the-top all of this truly is. Have a peek:
