[Update]: Monster Hunter Rise's Sunbreak expansion has now landed onto PC alongside some technical troubles.

If you've combed over every single inch of the excellent Monster Hunter Rise and you're now itching for more, I'm happy to say that the Sunbreak expansion is fairly close! You can expect to see it land onto PC (via Steam) and Switch this June 30th, 2022!

The good news doesn't end there, however, as Capcom has also taken this opportunity to highlight some of the new monsters we'll be endlessly tormenting for loot. Here's the brief trailer starring Garangolm, Lunagaron and Malzeno:

Besides an assortment of new monsters to fight, the Sunbreak expansion will also add additional moves to all of the weapons, improve existing abilities like wall-running, as well as bring in Master Rank quests to really ramp up the difficulty. You can also expect to see a brand new and always-silly storyline, a bunch of open-ended locations to explore, as well as plenty of spiky new armor and weapons to craft!

You can read a little bit more about these additions, as well as Monster Hunter Rise in general, over at the official website. Enjoy!
