Divinity: Original Sin Enhanced Edition, the remastered version of the base game is now available on non PC platforms

The PC version of the enhanced edition has been out for a while now and it is a massive improvement over the base game, especially in terms of storytelling which was on the bad side of cheesy when Original Sin first launched.

And now the upgraded version has arrived to Mac, Linux and SteamOS along with numerous performance improvements that will be added to the PC version as well. RPG fans rejoice!

Aviary Attorney - Detailed Review | I Hope You Like Puns

Aviary Attorney is a lawyer/investigation game with some beautifully hand-drawn art and an interesting story

I've been following Aviary Attorney for a little while now and from the previews I knew I would most likely enjoy it. What I didn't expect is that I would be so enthralled I would complete it in single sitting.

Aviary Attorney is a visually stunning game that follows the stories of Monsieur Falcon and his witty partner Sparrowson as they take on court cases in 19th century Paris and try their very best to bumble towards justice. The gameplay is split up in to two parts, in one you gather clues and interview individuals related to your case and in the other you present that information in a court of law in an effort to free your client from guilt.

These are today's steam sale recommendations, dated for December 22

Much like how it went down last time the Steam Sale Recommendations are here to showcase you the best deals and most interesting games available in today's Steam Winter Sale.

Given that this Steam Sale doesn't actually have sales spread across different days I will focus on the first two sections which rotate daily and as such will give you a nice and broad spectrum of games. Naturally, if I come upon a deal that isn't a part of the first two sections but I believe is well worth your time, rest assured I will let you know.

With that said, let's start with the first day of the Steam Winter sale:

The VR headset Oculus Rift is progressing as scheduled and preorders are set to begin in early 2016, most likely January

In the light of recent HTC Vive delays its good to see that the Oculus Rift is still on track because even though I probably won't be among the earliest adopters I am still incredibly excited for all of the gaming doors VR tech will open.

In a conversation on twitter Palmer Luckey, original founder of Oculus VR, talked about the current progress of the Rift as well as when you can expect preorders to become available. Here are the full quotes:

That Dragon, Cancer is a game about the experiences of two parents who had to endure the tragedy that is childhood cancer

When I set out to check my email today I didn't expect I'd see a piece of news that would simultaneously make me both depressed as well as oddly happy.

That Dragon, Cancer is a game that takes you through the terrifying experience of having a child with cancer from the perspective of the parents that actually had to go through it themselves. The one happy note in all of this is that its coming out on January 12th, Joel's birthday, as a digital memorial for him and his struggles.
