A Short Heist Game From "The Stanley Parable" Developer Is Out Now For Free

If you thought the title of this article is a mouthful you've seen nothing yet. The official title for the game is: Dr. Langeskov, The Tiger And The Terribly Cursed Emerald: A Whirlwind Heist, or more easily known by its popular acronym Dr.L,tTatTCE:aW.
All jokes aside Dr. Langeskov, as I'll call it from now, is a very short experimental heist game that seems to have been made in order to raise interested for the developer's, still unannounced, upcoming game. And after playing Dr. Langeskov they can consider my interest piqued.
Psychonauts 2 Raises $1,5 Million In A Single Day

[Update]: Six years after its big reveal, Psychonauts 2 has now finally been unleashed onto PC and consoles!
Psychonauts was a truly strange game, fun and well written for sure but not the most polished. So I find it extremely puzzling how it got such a cult following the last few years, seemingly out of nowhere.
A following so huge that Psychonauts 2 raised $1,5 Million in a single day on its fig.co campaign, one of the fastest Millions I've seen raised in a crowdfunder. And given how hilarious the last parts of the trailer alone were I have high hopes for it now. Check it out.
Dark Souls 3 - Two Amazing New Gameplay Trailers

I am usually the one that is the voice of caution when it comes to pre-release hype but the Souls series is my favorite bunch of games and everything I'm seeing from Dark Souls 3 just makes me want it even more.
The two trailers released today definitely aren't helping the situation. You can find the more cinematic trailer, titled Embrace the Darkness, right here and I'll embed the pure gameplay below as I would like to share a few of my observations with you.
ShipLord Review - All About The Shiny Balls

ShipLord, despite what you might think on first glance is not a space shooter, far from it. It completely forgoes any notion of offense and instead puts the focus on dodging and timely use of defensive abilities.
Though be warned, just because there are no enemies to shoot doesn't mean you'll have an easy time as ShipLord is immensely difficult, especially if you try and go for some of the higher stage ranks.
Far Cry Primal Announced | Developer Gameplay

Well this came out of nowhere didn't it. Surprise aside I can't say I mind the idea of a prehistoric version of Far Cry, at least then I will be certain there are no radio towers to climb. From what I'm seeing so far it seems very similar to Far Cry 3 & 4 which isn't necessarily a bad thing but I do hope it ends up being its own game rather than a retread.
Far Cry Primal was revealed during this year's Video Game Awards with a rather long developer playthrough following it, the video is embedded right below.
Telltale Is Working On An Episodic Batman Game

The rate at which Telltale is acquiring these high profile licenses is frankly quite stunning. They went from being a small developer of point and click adventures to a giant with a whole lot of sway in the industry.
In an announcement today Telltale revealed that they are working on an episodic story-focused game based on the Batman license. While this sounds amazing I am starting to feel that Telltale is stretching themselves a bit too thin.

It was only recently that I talked about Shadow Complex and how the Xbox Live Arcade hit will be coming to PC sometime soon.
Turns out that "sometime soon" in this case means only a couple of days because Epic has surprised everyone and released Shadow Complex today and not just for the PC, but for the PS4 and Xbox One as well.
