SEGA is currently teasing a PC version of Bayonetta, and no, its not an April Fools' joke

April Fools' has now come and gone, and with it a whole bunch of ridiculous 'reveals' and announcements. It is amidst all of that madness that SEGA sneakily released a rather bizarre little game on Steam - an oldshool 2D run n' gun called 8-Bit Bayonetta. The game itself is completely unremarkable, and I'd even go as far as to call it downright boring, but for an April Fools' gag I suppose its a solid effort. The only issue is that PC players never actually got to play Bayonetta, so why release this little homage on Steam alone?

Well, as it turns out, by combining the achievement names you can get a link that points towards a very special page on SEGA's website. Instead of a silly little joke as you would expect, the website actually features a picture of Bayonetta's boot along with a countdown that currently has 9 days remaining! Obviously there is no official word about any of this as of yet, but given how a similar countdown for Total War: Warhammer (2) resulted in a massive announcement, I think its safe to assume we're finally going to be getting Bayonetta on the PC.

The massively popular mobile base-building game Fallout Shelter has now made its way to Steam

For those of you that might not be aware, Fallout Shelter is a surprisingly popular mobile base-building game that puts you in the shoes of a Vault-Tec Overseer and gives you a variety of tools to create a paradise for your fellow vault dwellers. It has been available on PC for quite a while now, but only from the Bethesda website which obviously lowered its visibility quite significantly.

As you can probably guess from the title, however, Fallout Shelter is now finally available on Steam as well. So if you're a fan of the Fallout unvierse and you're looking to burn a couple of hours you'll find the free download link over at Steam.

Hearthstone devs have revealed every single card coming in with the Journey to Un'Goro expansion

After two weeks of teasers and slow card-by-card reveals Blizzard has finally decided we have been teased enough. During a recent (and surprisingly short) Twitch stream the developers have revealed every single coming in with the Journey to Un'Goro expansion. And let's just say that some of these cards are so polarizing they're either going to dominate the meta, or end up being completely useless despite effects such as "take another turn after this one".

While I would love to link to an official source showcasing all of the cards, I'm afraid Blizzard is being incredibly lazy with their Facebook page as its currently well over a week out of date. Thankfully, the folks over at Hearthpwn have not only gathered all of the cards, but have also sorted them out by class for easy viewing. So if you're looking to get a good overview of what exactly Journey to Un'Goro is bringing to the table, I'd recommend heading over there.

Titanfall 2's multiplayer is free to try out until tomorrow, March 3rd

Titanfall 2's wall-sliding gameplay

I'm unfortunately a bit late with this announcement, but if you ever wanted to give Titanfall 2's multiplayer a shot you now have a chance to do just that. Until Monday (April 3rd) you will be able to experience the entirety of the multiplayer mode for free, as well as the Training Gauntlet and the singleplayer mission "The Beacon". Once the free weekend event goes away you will no longer be able to play the multiplayer, but you will still be able to mess around in the Training Gauntlet and The Beacon.

Besides the free weekend the most recent update has also brought in a brand new map by the name of Colony, a new versatile assault rifle, and an execution move that seems greatly inspired by Mortal Kombat's Scorpion. If you're interested in seeing what this looks like in gameplay terms, here's the recently posted preview trailer:

The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+ has recently been updated with a bunch of fan made creations

[Update]: The Binding of Isaac's gigantic Repentance expansion is set to launch in late 2020.

The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+ arrived on January 3rd with ~100 new items, a final chapter along with a new boss, new challenges to undertake, and a variety of other features. Unfortunately for the folks over at Nicalis the extremely well-made community expansion The Binding of Isaac: Antibirth arrived ahead of Afterbirth+ and completely overshadowed it in both content and quality.

However, while Antibirth might have a bigger set of features Afterbirth+ brought with it perhaps the biggest addition Isaac has ever seen - official mod support! As of right now the Isaac Workshop sports thousands of fan made items, characters, balance changes, cosmetics, and the list goes on. While having that many mods available for download is a great thing indeed, its also a bit of a hassle to sort through all of them in order to find the truly excellent ones.

The developers were seemingly well aware of this little problem as they have recently unleashed an update that not only added a couple of official items into the game, but also a whole bunch of fan made ones as well! You can find the full list of items, as well as what they do, over at the official website.

Overwatch devs have corrected an issue that caused Mercy players to gain less rating for wins

If you recently had a sinking feeling that your efforts as Mercy were just not appreciated enough by the rating system, I'm afraid your concerns were entirely justified. According to Jeff Kaplan there was an issue causing Mercy's contributions to have a much lower effect on her Skill Rating reward at the end of a competitive match. This bug only applied to games you won, however, so unless you played only Mercy for the past few weeks chances are it didn't cause you much harm.

Either way, you'll be glad to hear that the bug has now been fixed, and that the developers are still investigating to make sure the whole thing is now well and truly gone. Given how the entire complaint-train suddenly stopped I have a feeling they have managed to do so successfully.

Total War: Warhammer 2 has been announced alongside a cinematic trailer

About a week ago Creative Assembly started teasing what I assumed to be an expansion for Total War: Warhammer set in the "New World". With the full announcement now revealed it turns out I was only half-right. We will indeed be going to Lustria and waging war alongside the High Elves, Dark Elves, Lizardmen, and Skaven, but this isn't a simple expansion we're talking about, its a proper sequel - Total War: Warhammer 2!

Before we get into the gameplay specifics allows me to share with you the recently posted cinematic trailer featuring High Elves, Dark Elves, and Lizardmen. Strangely enough there is absolutely no mention of the Skaven, but there are numerous hints pointing towards their involvement, so if you're a fan of Clan Pestilens I have a feeling Total War: Warhammer 2 will not disappoint. Anyway, here's the video:
