Call of Duty: Space Warfare might be a thing

If you're sick and tired of modern military shooters I might have some great news for you as the biggest one of them all, Call of Duty, is rumored to be transitioning to Space Warfare with the next iteration.

This information comes from Shinobi and Eurogamer, two sources that have almost always been correct with their insider information, so it seems highly likely that the next COD will be a space-faring one. Here's the brief announcement Shinobi posted:

Overwatch Tracer's taunt is being replaced

At this point its safe to say that the lively and energetic Tracer has become the official mascot for Overwatch, and with such popularity come ridiculous amounts of nitpicking.

Time time around the complaints are centered on Tracer's victory taunt that has her looking over her shoulder towards the camera in an "uncharacteristically sexy pose", and while these sort of "discussions" almost always devolve in to a virtual shit-flinging match, this one has managed to remain relatively civil with both sides bringing up interesting arguments. Here's an excerpt from the main post:

Oculus Rift will require permission to play games from outside sources

In a recent blog post the Oculus team detailed how exactly selling and buying third party games will work with the Oculus Rift. First of all, developers are able to sell their games outside of the Oculus Rift store, manage their own in-app purchases and most importantly, do so without paying a fee to Oculus.

However, games sold outside of the Rift store will require users to enable the "Unknown Sources" setting in the Oculus desktop app in order to run them. The reasoning behind this decision is sensible, but somewhat strange, as you'll see in the following quote:

The Walking Dead: Michonne Episode 2 is coming out March 29th

Telltale's The Walking Dead Michonne is a three part miniseries that follows everybody's favorite mentally unstable person during her unexplained absence between comic book issues #126 and #139.

The second episode, titled as 'Give No Shelter', is coming out today and in order to give you a short preview of things to come Telltale has released a brand new trailer. Here it is, along with a brief description of what Episode 2 brings to the table:

Everybody's Gone to the Rapture is coming to PC

Its been rumored for quite a few months now that Everybody's Gone to the Rapture is making its way to PC, with the most credible sources being Steam Database updates and Helpdesk entries.

However, it seems that we now have "official" confirmation as AMD has released a driver update whose highlights includes the addition of a Crossfire Profile for Everybody's Gone to the Rapture. If you're wondering what the PS4 exclusive "walking simulator" is all about, here's a trailer showcasing the story premise and some of the areas you'll get to slowly jog through:

Playstation VR might be coming to the PC

Ever since PlayStation VR was first announced many were clamoring for it to come to PC as well, and judging by a recent statement from a PlayStation executive, that might just be happening in the near future.

Masayasu Ito, Sony Computer Entertainment's Senior Vice President, recently did a short interview with Nikkei where he talked about the future of PlayStation VR, and its possible arrival to PC. Here's the quote, translated from Japanese to English via Google and spruced up a bit to remove any nonsensical phrases:

Overwatch will not launch with a PvE mode, to be balanced separately for PC and consoles

Its amazing how the Internet works sometimes. All these big publications and magazines got their hands on Overwatch and its developers, yet its a single Youtuber by the name of Th3Jez that has managed to gleam the most interesting bits of information about Overwatch's future.

In a 20 minute interview with Jeff Kaplan, Overwatch's Director, they cowered topics ranging from PC/console balance, to PVE modes, Weekly Brawl support, competitive matchmaking, and most importantly, where the beard had disappeared to? Here's the 20 minute long interview and a short summary of the important topics:

Street Fighter V patch brings challenge mode

Street Fighter V's big March update has been advertised for a few weeks now, and after what seems like an eternity March 28th has finally rolled over, and so should the first portion of the update as well.

Today's patch is bringing with it the Challenge Mode, online rematch, Battle Lounge improvements and numerous balance changes. The second phase of this update will come on March 30th and will contain Alex and his character story content, two free skins, and an in-game shop where you can spend your hard earned fight money. Here are the patch notes for March 28th:

A beginner tutorial for Epic Game's Paragon

Starting up a new MOBA can be a fairly daunting task, especially in the case of Paragon which is currently in beta, and as such suffers from a poor tutorial and lack of in-game explanations.

But never fear as I've made a short guide that will get you up to speed on all the mechanics and key elements of Paragon, with a focus on improving the strategy behind your plays rather than simply showing facts down your throat.

Killing Floor 2 is getting a versus multiplayer mode

The original Killing Floor is one of my favorite co-op games as it simply has everything: tons of guns, satisfying combat, classes with pros and cons that rely on others, and plenty of ways to dick over your friends without actively ruining anyone's game (praise be to the welding tool).

Killing Floor 2, however, has had a bit of a rocky start in Early Access, but if this upcoming patch is any judge, things are soon going to change as versus multiplayer, variable difficulty, item crafting, and more are being added to significantly bolster the available content. Here are the patch notes, though bear in mind they might change by the time the update finally releases as its currently in testing:
