The 'space ninja' action game Warframe will soon be getting an official comic book series

Warframe is a co-op focused game about space ninjas slicing and dicing hordes upon hordes of monsters and mutants. Given the premise you wouldn't really expect Warframe to have an interesting story, or even a story at all, but the truth is that Warframe's lore is actually quite compelling! Its full of ancient horrors, unanswered questions, dubious allies, and enemies whose hatred for the Tenno (the aforementioned space ninjas) goes far beyond what is expected.

As such, I am quite excited to say that Top Cow Comics will be working on an official comic book series for Warframe. The details are currently a bit shaky, but from what I can tell you the comics will follow Excalibur as he tries to protect a blinded young girl, the last survivor of a recently destroyed village on Earth. The writers are also promising a bunch of hints and teasers for events that are yet to come, but sadly they didn't disclose more than that.

Rising Storm 2: Vietnam is a 64-player brawl between the US forces and the Vietnamese, with each side having their own unique abilities, weapons, and tactical advantages such as napalm strikes or artillery barrages. Unlike the majority of FPS games out there Rising Storm 2 is all about making combat as realistic and authentic as possible, so expect to see low kill times and plenty of squad-based strategies.

For those of you wondering what this might look like in gameplay terms, here's the recently posted launch trailer that covers pretty much everything from vehicles to infantry charges. Have a look:

Last Day of June is a newly announced narrative driven adventure game from the creator of Murasaki Baby. While most of the details are still shrouded in mystery, the premise is simple and straightforward: what would you do to save the one you love?

While you ponder that question allow me to share with you the recently posted announcement trailer. It might not have any dialogue, but I'm pretty sure you'll get a good idea of what exactly Last Day of June is trying to accomplish. Anyway, here's the video:

The indie games published by Adult Swim are much like their TV shows: strange and often completely over-the-top. That doesn't mean they're bad, however! If anything, I would say that Adult Swim has managed to snag a whole bunch of talented indie developers under their wing as most of the games I've tried so far were really, really compelling.

If you've never given any of them a try, but you have a bit of free time to burn on a stack of creative indie games, you'll be glad to hear that the Humble "Adult Swim Games" Bundle has now arrived. Here's the list of games and the tier they appear in:

Every HTC Vive purchase now comes bundled with Star Trek: Bridge Crew

By Ash

Star Trek: Bridge Crew released yesterday for the HTC Vive and Oculus Rift, bringing with it the one thing every Star Trek fan always wished for: the ability to sit in the captain's chair and constantly order their friends around! Given that the whole premise sounds like a gimmick you might assume the game is nothing more than a passing distraction, but if the critic and user reviews are any indicator its actually pretty damn good!

As such I am very glad to say that every new HTC Vive purchase will come with a 'free' copy of Star Trek: Bridge Crew. An incredibly smart move in my opinion since this is one of the rare few VR games that is more than glorified tech demo. After all, is there a better way to get someone hooked on VR than to offer them an enjoyable, but also lengthy experience?

Killer Instinct, Microsoft's free-to-play fighting game, will soon be expanded with a brand new character. As you can probably guess from the title, the next character is going to be the arrow-slinging Eagle, who to my knowledge has never before been playable.

All of this was revealed through the recently posted teaser trailer, and if you would like see what Eagle looks like in game you'll find it right below. Just make sure to temper your expectations as the teaser is literally just that, a teaser! Have a look:

A short while ago EA promised they would be releasing one large update for Battlefield 1 each month, starting with May. With the end of May just around the corner EA has now finally released the very first of these monthly updates, bringing with it a variety of balance and gameplay changes.

There is a ridiculous amount of vehicle and airplane changes to go over, so if you're just interested in those I would recommend visiting the official website. On the other hand, if you're interested in the highlights and some of the general changes, here they are:
