Fans of Command & Conquer rejoice, for the Remastered Collection has not only just arrived, but it's also pretty darn good! It brings with it remastered visuals with the ability to swap to the classic ones at will, all three expansion packs combined together into one bundle, as well as a rebuilt multiplayer experience.

You can also expect to see upscaled cinematics, over seven hours of remastered music by Frank Klepacki, support for quicksaves and autosaves, in-game tooltips, over 250 multiplayer maps, and the list goes on. And if you're looking for something a little bit extra, there's also a large bonus gallery with four hours of additional behind-the-scenes footage!

SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom remaster will bring in a new multiplayer mode

[Update]: The Battle for Bikini Bottom Rehydrated team is working on a new SpongeBob game - The Cosmic Shake!

Even though they could've simply updated the visuals and called it a day, THQ Nordic and Purple Lamp Studios seem to be going all-out on making the SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom remaster as good as it can possibly be. So not only is the Rehydrated version bringing in heavily improved visuals, but also restored content that was cut from the original game, as well as a co-op focused horde mode to spice things up!

The multiplayer mode will feature seven playable characters, all with their own unique abilities, and will be playable both online and in local co-op on one screen. In total, there will be 26 islands to battle your way across, as well as a brand new Robo-Squidward boss to face down in the grand finale.

Overwatch devs have confirmed Genji changes are going through, while Moira's will be reverted

[Update #2]: Overwatch devs are working on two experimental updates, the first of which bring some Genji nerfs.

[Update]: The Genji buffs have now gone live alongside a 'priority requeue' system for canceled games!

Overwatch's most recent experimental update has brought in some rather nice buffs for Genji, all aimed at decreasing his reliance on Dragonblade and making him more of a consistent duelist. They've done this by increasing the damage of his primary fire, decreasing the spread of his secondary fire, and perhaps most importantly of all, giving him the ability to cancel deflect at will. Needless to say, these changes were received quite positively and will be making their way into the game alongside the next update.

On the other hand, the update has also added some rather strange tweaks for Moira. It reduced the damage of her primary fire by 10, while increasing the amount of healing she dishes out by 5. And for a hero that already struggles with having an identity besides being a heal-bot, this in my eyes was definitely a step in the wrong direction. Thankfully, it would appear that Blizzard agrees as their recent comments have confirmed that these changes will be getting reverted.

Funnily enough, Frostpunk's third and final season pass expansion On The Edge is coming this summer

If you're looking for something to distract you from the upcoming summer heat, you might be interested to hear that Frostpunk's third and final season pass expansion has now been announced. On The Edge will be launching at some point this summer, bringing with it a brand new story set after the all-devouring Great Storm.

The details are unfortunately few and far between, but you can expect to see a variety of new mechanics and challenges to tackle in both the city and the Frostland map. There will also be an additional story scenario that will have you follow an expedition sent from New London on a rather special assignment. What exactly this assignment might be, I'm afraid you'll have to wait a little while longer in order to find out as the developers will slowly be dishing out more information on the road to release.

Path of Exile's Harvest update will have you grow some rather feisty crops

[Update]: I hope you're ready for some gardening, because the Harvest update is now live!

Path of Exile 2 may be currently in development, but that isn't stopping Grinding Gear Games from releasing one major update after another. And so Harvest, the latest in this long line of major updates, will be arriving this June 18th with it Path of Exile's very own take on Stardew Valley!

You'll need to roam across the world and collect a variety of seeds, after which you'll be able to visit a brand new NPC in order to plant the seeds of your own demise. In true Path of Exile fashion, the seeds will eventually grow into highly dangerous monsters that you'll need to clear out, and the bigger the payoff you're looking for, the more feisty the crops you'll need to deal with. Naturally, doing all of this is going to be quite rewarding as the monsters will grant you large quantities of lifeforce - a new currency that can be used to enhance or re-roll your gear.
