The launch version brings with it two new maps to duke it out on, two new factions and a couple of secret units, both online and local multiplayer, as well as a some good ol' UI improvements.
You can get a pretty good idea of what all of this looks like in action through the recently posted trailer. Have a gander, it's about as ridiculous as you'd expect:

[Update #2]: Cyberpunk 2077's biggest bug-fixing Patch 1.5 has now finally arrived alongside an assortment of improvements and quality-of-life tweaks.
[Update]: All of Cyberpunk 2077's updates and free DLCs have been pushed back to 2022.
As you're likely well aware by this point, Cyberpunk 2077 released alongside a whole host of problems. While the older consoles were hit the hardest, even the mightiest of PCs ended up with plenty of crashes, bugs, broken quests and performance issues.
While many problems still remain, I'm happy to say that Update 1.2 has just arrived with an absolute ton of positive changes. These fixes include things like making the NCPD spawn further away from players rather than directly next to them regardless of context, improvements to quest progression in order to prevent lockouts, as well as silly things like stopping NPCs from running around after being killed.

[Update]: Total War: Rome Remastered has now launched alongside a somewhat mixed reception.
In an announcement that came straight out of nowhere, Creative Assembly recently revealed that they are working together with Feral Interactive to remaster one of the original classics - Rome: Total War. The new and improved Total War: Rome Remastered is set to bring with all of the DLC already bundled in, support for modern resolutions and a whole bunch of visual improvements, as well as some much-needed quality of life fixes and enhancements for the UI and controls.
If you're curious what some of these changes look like in actual gameplay, you'll be happy to hear Creative Assembly has just posted a brief preview covering exactly that. Have a gander, it's a rather interesting one:
The highly destructive action-roguelike Noita has just received its final 'Epilogue' update

If you're a fan of the the highly destructive action-roguelike Noita I'm afraid I bring both good and bad news. The good news is that the massive Epilogue update has just arrived with a whole bunch of new features and quality-of-life changes, including an assortment of sneaky secrets to uncover!
The bad news, as you might guess from the title of the update, is that this is almost certainly the final update for Noita. While the Nolla Games team will still be keeping an eye out for any bugs and potential performance problems, the Epilogue update will indeed be the last batch of official content.
The satirical 'world domination simulator' Evil Genius 2 has now been released

- in News
Much like the name would suggest, Evil Genius 2 is a highly satirical simulator about attempting to take over the world through a variety of nefarious means. What this means in gameplay terms is that you'll need to construct the perfect evil lair, hire and train an army of henchmen to do your bidding, dispose of any pesky agents of justice that stumble upon your hideout, and naturally, top things off by constructing the most needlessly elaborate doomsday weapon ever conceived.
As for what exactly all of this silliness looks like in actual gameplay, that you can find out through the latest trailer. Have a look, it's a fairly short one:
PlatinumGames is now seriously working on last year's April Fools' gag - Sol Cresta
- By Ash
- in News
As a part of last year's April Fools' Day prank PlatinumGames announced a retro shoot 'em up by the name of Sol Cresta. And now, a full year later, they are doing exactly the same thing again... except this time around it seems that they are completely serious!
In other words, PlatinumGames has indeed just announced that their fourth major reveal is Sol Cresta, an oldschool shoot 'em up heavily inspired by classic games like Moon Cresta and Terra Cresta. More interestingly, Sol Cresta will not be arriving alone, but will instead be the very first entry of the new "Neo-Classic Arcade" series.
Among Us has just added its biggest and most impressive map - the Airship

[Update]: Start practicing your swiping as Among Us is getting its very own VR version.
While it may have taken a fair bit of time to get here, I'm happy to say that Among Us has just received a chunky new map. The Airship is not only the biggest map released so far, and by a large margin, but it also brings with it a couple of nifty new features like the ability to choose where you spawn, mobility options such as ladders and moving platforms, as well as a whole bunch of new mini-games to mess around with after you get unceremoniously murdered.
Rather than babble on, allow me to share with you the latest trailer. It'll give you a pretty good impression of what the Airship looks like and just how large it truly is. Have a peek:
