[Update #2]: The newly launched Update 1.2 has brought in an absolute ton of bug fixes and improvements!

[Update]: CDPR has taken a major step forward for Cyberpunk 2077's mod support.

Cyberpunk 2077 released a little while ago, and unfortunately it did so alongside a whole host of problems. While the older consoles seem to have been hit the hardest, even the PC version has plenty of crashes, bugs and performance issues to contend with.

With all of that in mind, you'll be pleased to hear that Update 1.1 has now arrived with a hefty batch of fixes. First and foremost, the update has correct an assortment of crashes that could occur while loading saves or opening/closing the game, as well as improved memory usage across the board.

You can also expect to see further fixes for the notorious save file corruption bug, though much like before, this unfortunately won't be able to restore corrupted save files from before the 1.06 update. Still, it is a solid step forward, and hopefully the last time we'll hear of something like this in Cyberpunk 2077.

Update 1.1 has also brought in numerous changes to quests, most of which seem to have been focused around preventing soft-locks and making sure everything proceeds as planned. And just in case you enjoy collecting achievements, you can now finally unlock them while playing in Steam's offline mode.

That's pretty much all of the major changes summarized. If you're interested in all of the details, however, you should head on over to Steam to learn more. Have fun, and here's to hoping Cyberpunk 2077's troubles will get sorted out soon enough!
