Bioware has released two brand new Mass Effect: Andromeda teaser videos

Even though Mass Effect: Andromeda is still many months away, Bioware has decided this is the perfect time to release not just one, but two teaser videos showcasing what Andromeda has to offer. But best of all, one of them is focused around action, while the other is almost entirely focused around lore, so no matter what your preference is you'll be able to find something of interest.

Since it contains a lot more original footage, as well as a brief shot of what I assume is the 'big bad guy', I would recommend starting with the action orientated video. As for spoilers, I would argue that the whole video is edited in such a way that you'll most likely leave with more questions than answers, so feel free to give it a look:

Steam's Discovery Update 2.0 has brought with it a significant redesign of the main storefront

Steam's Discovery Update 2.0 showcase

Ever since Steam opened the floodgates and started allowing quite literally anyone to post their games onto the storefront it became incredibly difficult to discover new and interesting things. Case in point, I haven't impulse-bought a game on Steam for a couple of years now, even though this is something I used to do frequently during the Steam Sales of old. The reason for this is that its simply impossible to stumble upon a hidden gem on Steam these days, you pretty much have to know about it before hand.

Thankfully, it does appear that Valve is aware of this little problem given that they have just recently released the Steam Discovery Update 2.0. While the list of features isn't extremely long, you'll be glad to hear that the new storefront is now focused more on allowing you to personalize what types of games you're interested in, rather than simply spamming you with random nonsense based on a game you played eons ago.

World of Warcraft's Patch 7.2 Priest class mount

After the flaming wreck that was Warlords of Draenor Blizzard promised they would never again let World of Warcraft go on for months without any new content, and much to my surprise they have so far managed to exceed expectations! Patch 7.1 arrived only a couple of weeks ago with quite possibly the best dungeon World of Warcraft has ever seen, and apparently we're going to be getting even more content in the near future as Patch 7.1.5 is set to arrive to test servers later this week.

And if that isn't enough for you, worry not as Blizzard has also announced their plans for Patch 7.2 - an update so massive it appears to one of the biggest World of Warcraft has ever seen. It will bring with it a brand new dungeon and raid, new class specific missions and mounts, weekly PvP events with customized rules, more Artifact Weapon talents and catch-up mechanics for alts, as well as a whole bunch of smaller improvements!

Sombra, the Arcade Mode, and Echo Point Antarctica are now available on the Overwatch test servers

Sombra from Overwatch posing

Its only been a couple of days since Sombra's grand reveal at Blizzcon, and already she is available on the PTR (Public Test Realm). So if you were itching to give the enemy supports nightmares by uncloaking with the business end of an SMG pointing towards their face, you now have the opportunity to do so!

But even if you don't care about Sombra specifically, you still might want to visit the PTR as Blizzard has also added a brand new Arcade Mode. It allows you to duke it out with your enemies in 1-on-1 duels, 3-vs-3 arenas, a variety of Weekly Brawls and special rulesets, as well as on the brand new and Arcade Mode exclusive Echo Point: Antarctica map!

Since Sombra is quite certainly the highlight of this entire PTR update, it would probably be wise for you to at least have a basic understanding of her spells. With that in mind, allow me to show you the relatively recent hero preview:

World of Warcraft's Patch 7.1.5 will be arriving soon with a whole bunch of new activities

World of Warcraft: Legion flying in the Broken Isles

World of Warcraft: Legion arrived only three months ago, and already it has received enough new content to rival the entirety of Warlords of Draenor's post-launch updates. Things are going to become even more lopsided in the near future as Blizzard has announced a bunch of new features coming in with Patch 7.1.5.

While Patch 7.1 added Kharazan and Trials of Valor (which isn't live just yet) to bolster Legion's endgame, Patch 7.1.5 is instead focusing on expanding Legion's offering of day-to-day activities. What this means in gameplay terms is that Mists of Pandaria dungeons will soon become available as a part of the Timewalking system, the Brawler's Guild is being expanded with a whole bunch of new battles, some of the legendary items are being rebalanced, and there's even going to be mini-holidays to spice things up every once in a while!

Hearthstone's Mean Streets of Gadgetzan expansion will arrive in December with a bunch of new cards

Hearthstone's Mean Streets of Gadgetzan official artwork showcasing a Murloc gang

While the appearance of Sombra from Overwatch is certainly the highlight of Blizzcon 2016 so far, the Hearthstone announcement isn't much of a slouch either. The upcoming Mean Streets of Gadgetzan expansion is bringing with it a whole bunch of new cards, many of which are actually interesting and well worth considering unlike some of the stuff that came in with One Night in Kharazan! But most interestingly of all, Means Streets of Gadgetzan will also be introducing tri-class cards, or in other words cards that are limited to a couple of classes at a time, rather than just one.

Before we move on to the cards, however, allow me to first show you the brief video Blizzard released along with the expansion announcement. Do be warned that the trailer song is incredibly snazzy, and as such there is a high risk of you humming it well after you've actually done watching the thing! With that very important disclaimer now out of the way, here's the video:

Diablo 3 will be getting a playable Necromancer class in 2017, and a bunch of Diablo 1 inspired levels relatively soon

Diablo 3's Necromancer artwork

While it might not be the big Diablo 4 announcement many were hoping for, Blizzard did reveal a rather exciting bit of news for Diablo 3 during today's Blizzcon - the Necromancer class! Fans of the skeleton-wielding and bonespear-flinging hero from Diablo 2 will be glad to hear that Blizzard is striving to make him as authentic as possible, while still improving upon his toolkit so that he can compete with the Witch Doctor for that prestigious 'spooky wizard' position.

If you're wondering what the Necromancer might look and sound like, wonder no more as Blizzard has also posted a brief teaser video showcasing some of his lore and abilities. Have a look:
