The Beyond Skyrim - Bruma mod allows you to leave behind Skyrim and explore a massive new region in northern Cyrodiil

As you can guess from the name of the mod alone, Beyond Skyrim - Bruma allows you to travel beyond the borders of Skyrim in order to visit Bruma, the northernmost region of Cyrodiil. What this means in gameplay terms is that you can explore a region larger in scope than the Dragonborn DLC, experience a variety of new quests and storylines, acquire new types of weapon and armor, as well as visit the fully-recreated city of Bruma.
If you're wondering what all of this might look like in-game, wonder no more as the modders have recently posted a trailer showcasing just that. Have a look, you might just be impressed with how much work went into this mod:
You have two more days to check out the Open Beta for the fast-paced arena shooter LawBreakers
- By Ash
- in News
LawBreakers is a fast-paced arena shooter that seems to have a very casual relationship with physics and common sense. What this means in gameplay terms is that LawBreakers has some unique movement mechanics that allow you to zip around the battlefield at high speeds, as well as a variety of weapons with which you can humiliate your opponents while dancing through the skies.
Since trying to figure out whether an arena shooter is good or not from its description alone is almost impossible, you'll be glad to hear that the developers are currently running an Open Beta. Simply head over to Steam, click that giant green "Install Game" button and you'll be playing in no time. Just keep in mind that the Open Beta event will end on July 5th at 9am PDT, so try not wait for too long as you might just miss your chance.

Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of DANA is an upcoming action-RPG and the long-awaited eight installment of the rather excellent Ys series. It has been available in Japan for about a year now, but soon the Ys series will be making its hopefully triumphant return to the West after an eight-year-long hiatus!
If you're wondering what Lacrimosa of DANA is going to look like, and what exactly the quality of the English dub is going to sound like, you'll find your answers in the recently posted "Mysteries of the Isle" trailer. Have a look:
Stukov will soon be joining Heroes of the Storm as a solo-support with some very pushy abilities

Heroes of the Storm has a bit of an assassin infestation, though its very hard to blame Blizzard for creating them given that they tend to be the most interesting and proactive heroes. In an effort to slightly remedy this problem Blizzard has just announced that the next Heroes of the Storm character will be Stukov, a Zerg support with a rather active playstyle and quite a few intriguing mechanics behind his abilities.
If you're interested in how Stukov works and what exactly makes him stand out from the rest of the already entrenched supports, you'll find what you seek in the recently posted video down below. Even if you don't have enough time to watch the whole video I'd recommend at least checking out his ultimates because they are quite... pushy! Anyway, here's the video:

After a few weeks of teasers, rumors, and wild theories the Steam Summer Sale has now finally arrived, bringing with it a ridiculous amount of discounted games. However, while that is certainly a good thing, it is not exactly easy to choose only a couple of games when you have thousands upon thousands strewn before you.
In an effort to help out with this little 'problem', and also showcase some great games you might not have otherwise even looked at, I have devised a brief list consisting of five games you should consider grabbing on Day 11 of the 2017 Steam Summer Sale. Without further ado, let's begin:

Code Vein, Bandai Namco's upcoming Souls inspired action-RPG, now has a combat focused trailer
- By Ash

Code Vein is Bandai Namco's upcoming action-RPG that appears to be heavily influenced by the Dark Souls series, both in terms of mechanics and visuals. The combat is all about positioning and timing, dodging through enemy blows and striking only when the opportunity presents itself, while the world and its inhabitants are about as dark and twisted as you would expect given the Souls influence.
If you're wondering what exactly this might look like in gameplay, or if I'm just exaggerating the Dark Souls/Bloodborne connection, you'll find the recently posted combat video right below. Have a look, its only two minutes long:
