World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth arrived about a month ago, bringing with it a whole bunch of new new regions to explore, some interesting new dungeons to delve through, as well as the entirely new Island Expeditions, Warfronts and Azerite Armor. Unfortunately, due to what appears to be rush to release the expansion on time, a good few of these features have ended up falling short of what they originally promised.

Thankfully, there is hope on the horizon for them as Blizzard has just announced Patch 8.1 - Tides of Vengeance. The first major update will focus mostly on correcting the issues from launch, both balance and design related, as well as on adding a seemingly massive amount of new content to play around with. So if you're curious about what exactly the future brings for Battle for Azeroth, allow me to give you my summary of the most recent developer stream:

Killer7 official artwork and logo for the PC version

Like most of SUDA51's work, Killer7 is a unique combination of somewhat clunky gameplay, bizarre yet interesting storytelling, as well as piles upon piles of creativity. While it originally released on the PlayStation 2 and Gamecube, it is still one of the most intriguing games I've ever seen, which is why I'm very glad to say that NIS America is currently working on porting it over to PC.

So if you're wondering about what exactly the PC version will look like, wonder no more as NIS America has now released a brief in-game trailer. It'll give you a pretty decent idea of the kind of visuals you can expect to see, as well as a brief peek into what the actual gameplay is all about. Have a look:

Unlike its predecessor Door Kickers which takes itself much more seriously, Door Kickers: Action Squad is a colorful and upbeat side-scrolling action game with a focus on co-op. As you might expect from this type of game, you and your friend will have to shoot up scores of bad guys without getting annihilated yourself, defuse bombs and rescue hostages, use a variety of characters and skills in order to tip the scales, and naturally, kick down doors straight into the faces of your unsuspecting foes.

If you're wondering what this might look like in gameplay terms, allow me to share with you the most recent trailer. Have a gander, it should clue you in quite nicely:

After the extremely successful first episode, The Walking Dead: The Final Season is set to continue this September 25th with Episode 2 - Suffer the Children. The details are still few and far between, but what I can tell you is that this episode will reintroduce a major element from Clementine's past, an element that will end up threatening her future. I would love to tell you more, but I'll be a good boy and keep quiet due to spoiler reasons.

If you don't mind having some of the surprise spoiled, however, you might be interested to hear that Telltale has now released two trailers showing off what Episode 2 has to offer. Have a look, they're quite interesting:

[Update]: Overwatch inspired Gundam Evolution has now landed onto PC, though only in some countries.

As you would expect from the name alone, New Gundam Breaker is a robot-building hack and slash that seems to be specifically designed to help people relive their childhood fantasies. So whether you prefer to smash robots together or just build one abomination made out of parts from a dozen different robots, the PC version will be arriving this September 25th to give you a chance of doing just that.

If you're wondering what this will look like in-game, as well as how deep you'll be able to go with the customization, you'll hopefully find the answers you seek in the trailer down below. Have a gander:

Hearthstone: Knights of the Frozen Throne official artwork of the Death Knights

Hearthstone's Knights of the Frozen Throne expansion is going to be removed from standard play next year, and in order to give it the send-off it truly deserves Blizzard has now announced a brand new event. Days of the Frozen Throne will run from September 19th through September 23rd, bringing with it a new Tavern Brawl where both players will begin as Death Knights and where both decks will be filled to the brim with Knights of the Frozen Throne cards.

If you're not a fan of the Tavern Brawl system, worry not as simply logging in throughout the event will give you a free golden Happy Ghoul card, as well as two special new quests. Each of the two quests will reward you 300 gold, so even if you don't care about the event itself, it's still going to be well worth your time to log in and see what's going on.

Mordhau's latest developer update shows off archery, mounted combat and the various regions

Mordhau screenshot of a knight from up close

Mordhau is an upcoming medieval, melee-focused multiplayer game that aims to be as faithful to the time period as possible. Once it's fully finished it will feature massive battles with up to 64 players, as well as equally massive siege equipment to help blast said players apart. You will also be able to fight on horseback and on foot, use a wide array of weapons including bows and crossbows, and the list goes on.

While the recently posted developer update won't show you all of these things in action, it will give you a pretty good idea of what archery and mounted combat will be like, as well as what sort of zones you'll be expected to conquer. Have a look, it's quite a fascinating video:
