[Update #2]: RimWorld is getting the massive free Update 1.3 and Ideology expansion in July 2021.
[Update]: RimWorld's new Update 1.2 has added difficulty customization and a bunch of new content.
RimWorld's very first expansion Royalty released a little while ago alongside Update 1.1. The two of them brought in royalty as a new social class, powerful psychic powers, a variety of new animals and quests, a new mechanoid type and mechanoid hives, as well as even more items to toy around with.
The influx of new content won't be ending there, however, as RimWorld developers have now come out to announce their plans for the future. In the short term you can expect a variety of bug fixes and improvements based on player feedback, while in the long-term the Royalty DLC will be expanded with a with a bunch of new features. Here's a brief list highlighting what the developers are currently working on:
Baldur's Gate 3 now has a lengthy gameplay preview, with combat looking quite similar to Original Sin 2

[Update #2]: After three years in Early Access, Baldur's Gate 3 has now launched to overwhelming praise!
[Update]: Baldur's Gate 3 has now launched into Early Access with around 25 hours of content.
After quite a bit of speculation, Larian Studios have now released an extended gameplay preview for Baldur's Gate 3 and confirmed that the combat will be turn-based rather than real-time. For me this is positive news as the isometric combat system never really gelled with me, especially since it already played like a turn-based game with all of the pausing, but I can definitely understand if any die-hard Baldur's Gate fans might feel a bit disappointed by this announcement.
Whatever camp you might belong to, I'd still highly recommend you check out the recently showcased demo as it'll give you a pretty darn good idea of just what Baldur's Gate 3 truly has to offer, both in combat and outside of it. The demo presentation itself is also pretty fun, especially when things break down in unexpected ways, so have a peek:

[Update]: Granblue Fantasy: Versus has now landed onto PC, and while the gameplay itself is pretty solid, the €60 price tag is also pretty steep.
If you're looking to sink your teeth into a brand new fighting game, you might want to keep an eye on Granblue Fantasy: Versus as it's coming to PC on March 13th. The studio behind it is Arc System Works, and given their previous success with Dragon Ball FighterZ and Guilty Gear series, odds are that Granblue Fantasy: Versus will be good bit of fun as well.
In terms of features, the PC version will bring with it graphical customization options, support for both gamepad and keyboard/mouse controls, as well as both Japanese and English voice options. Unfortunately, there will no cross-play with the PlayStation 4 version, nor will there be a bonus code for the Granblue Fantasy mobile game.
Classic Xbox strategy game Kingdom Under Fire: The Crusaders has now made its way to PC

Kingdom Under Fire: The Crusaders is an action-strategy game released back in 2004 for the original Xbox. The gameplay consists of primarily rushing into hack & slash combat with a variety of unique characters, as well as ordering and upgrading your armies in order to help even the odds. A fairly simple formula, but given Kingdom Under Fire: The Crusaders' cult following, it would appear that it's one that has been handled quite well.
As such, I'm pleased to say that you won't need to dig up an original Xbox in order to play Kingdom Under Fire: The Crusaders anymore as it has now received an HD remaster on PC! While the remaster itself is fairly basic, mostly just improving the widescreen support and adding an option to use mouse & keyboard controls, the actual gameplay seems to have made the transition to PC without any real problems.

[Update #2]: The day has finally come - Deep Rock Galactic has now been unleashed from Steam Early Access!
[Update]: Deep Rock Galactic will be digging its way out of Steam Early Access this May 13th!
As previously announced, Deep Rock Galactic will be officially released from Steam Early Access in the second quarter of 2020. In order to ensure everything goes according to plan, as well as to polish up the new-player experience, Ghost Ship Games have now revealed that there will be one more major update before launch.
Update 29 will feature a whole bunch of under-the-hood optimization and improvements, the most obvious of which will be the visual overhaul of your trusty Drop Pod. Also, if you're a fan of making your gear as ridiculously over-the-top as possible, you'll be glad to hear your pickaxe will be getting a full visual customization system.
After a brief period of exclusivity, Borderlands 3 is coming to Steam next week

[Update #2]: After six months of Epic Games Store exclusivity, Borderlands 3 has now also made its way to Steam.
[Update]: Borderlands 3's next DLC Guns, Love and Tentacles is set to arrive this March 26th, and it will be available on Steam as well.
Borderlands 3 released back in September of 2019 for both PC and consoles, with the PC version being exclusive to the Epic Games Store. This exclusivity is now coming to an end, however, so you can expect Borderlands 3 to also make its way to Steam on March 13th.
Since fragmenting the playerbase is a real concern, I'm happy to say that Gearbox has confirmed there will be cross-play on PC. In other words, it doesn't matter if you or your friends own Borderlands 3 on Steam or the Epic Store, you'll still be able to play together.
