Overwatch has recently been updated with a brand new hero by the name of Moira, as well as some much-needed nerfs to Mercy. It might not sound like much, but with all of these changes and additions Overwatch has become quite balanced, with just about every hero having a useful role in some compositions or maps. If you were ever going to give Overwatch a try, now would be an extremely good time to do so.

As such, I am very happy to say that Overwatch will be free-to-play until Tuesday, November 20th at 11:59pm PT! This offer extends to both the PC and console versions, so just pick your favorite and dive in.

After spending slightly more than a week on the PTR, Overwatch 26th hero Moira has now made her way onto the live servers as well! If you're interested in learning more about Moira, or at least reading what her abilities even do, you should head on over to the official website as Blizzard has released a rather nice overview.

As for the accompany update, you'll be extremely glad to hear that it brings with it some major Mercy nerfs, as well as a much-requested buff to Ana's damage! You'll find the full patch notes over at the Overwatch Forums, but for now, here are all of the major hero changes and reworks:

Total War: Rome 2's Empire Divided DLC is set to arrive later this month, bringing with it 10 new factions and a whole bunch of new features to toy around with. You can expect to see stuff like banditry, plagues, cults, new general skills, new narrative technologies, updated building chains, new units, an overhaul of the politics system, and naturally, a variety of balance changes.

While the recently posted gameplay preview does not offer a good look at the battles themselves, it should give you a solid idea of what the new campaigns will play like. So if you're even remotely interested in Empire Divided, I'd recommend you check out the video below. Have a look:

As I've mentioned in my review, Guild Wars 2's Path of Fire expansion is a great deal of fun to explore for the first time, but unlike Heart of Thorns it basically has no replayability or reasons for you to come back. With that in mind, I am very glad to say that ArenaNet has now announced the very first content update for Path of Fire - Living World: Season 4.

The details are still shrouded in mystery, but if you would like an extremely brief look at what the fourth season will be all about, you'll find the teaser trailer right below. Just keep in mind that it features a couple of major spoilers from Heart of Thorns (the previous expansion), so if you intend to play through it completely 'blind' make sure to skip to 1:10 in the video. I did say its a very brief teaser!

Back in February Obsidian successfully crowdfunded Pillars of Eternity 2: Deadfire, the much-requested sequel to one of the best received modern cRPGs. If you're wondering just how anticipated it was, let's just say that it managed to garner ~400% of its original funding goal, eventually ending the Fig campaign with an impressive $4,407,598!

While the release date is still shrouded in mystery, I am very glad to say that Obsidian has now revealed an early gameplay trailer, just as a little teaser for things that are to come. Have a gander, its not a very long video, but its definitely well worth a look if you've played the original:

The Rainbow Six Siege free weekend will be starting tomorrow, November 16th

If you ever wanted to know what all of the fuss surrounding Rainbow Six Siege is all about, but you didn't really feel like paying €40 to find out, you'll be glad that Ubisoft has now announced a free weekend. From November 16th to November 19th Rainbow Six Siege will be free to try out on PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. The consoles will have to go through their official marketplace, while the PC players will have a choice between Steam and Uplay, though I'm pretty sure everything goes through Uplay anyway.

Those of you that decide to purchase the full version will also be glad to hear that Operation White Noise will be heading to the test servers on November 20th. It will bring with it a brand new map set in a sky high observation tower in Seoul, as well as three new Operators to toy around with. Here's a brief trailer showcasing the upcoming map:

Injustice 2 has now made its way to PC via Steam

After quite a lengthy delay since its console release, NetherRealm's 'superhero' fighting game Injustice 2 has now made its way to PC as well. The Standard Edition will set you back $50/€50 on Steam, while the Ultimate Edition (which comes with all DLC characters) costs a rather hefty $80/€80.

If you played in the recent Open Beta you'll be glad to hear that the performance seems to be vastly improved in the full version. So much so that the only real complaint I could find about the PC version is the fact that its a bit on the pricey side, especially since you don't get any of the DLC characters without spending another €30. Whether you decide to wait for a sale or not, the good news is that Injustice 2 appears to have lived up to expectations.
