[Update]: Dead Cells' "Enter the Panchaku" update has added pan-based nunchucks and reworked legendary items.

It has only been a little while since The Queen & the Sea DLC brought in a bunch of new content to explore, and already the Dead Cells team has returned with more. Best of all, this time around everything is entirely free!

So thanks to the freshly released Break the Bank update you can expect to see the titular Bank as a blinged-out new biome, 3 new gold-based enemies to smash, 3 new gold-based weapons to do the smashing with, and naturally, 3 new gold-based mutations to help round everything out. What all this gold looks like in action, however, that you can find out through the recent trailer. Have a peek:

In order to unlock the Bank you'll need to reach the Hand of the King once, after which you'll be able to stumble upon the entrance at a random point in your run, in the transition area between biomes. You'll only have once chance to enter per run, so make sure to crack open that giant glowing chest as soon as you see it!

Besides all of the very shiny new content, the Break the Bank update has also brought in a variety of improvements and balance tweaks. You can find the full list of changes over at Steam, but the most exciting one is definitely the fact that bosses now drop better loot across the board!

The final thing worth mentioning is that the Dead Cells team is nowhere near done with the game. As such, you can expect to see at least another year of free updates and DLCs!
