After the paid Skyrim mods fiasco I didn't expect Valve would be back so soon with a new implementation, nor that it would be a genuinely good one.
Valve's latest answer to the age old problem of how to support custom game developers is the Custom Game Pass, an in-game purchasable item that grants you additional content or features in select custom games within Dota 2. Here's how it works:

Blizzard's classic games team only just appeared this week but they've already garnered a huge amount of respect from the community, first by patching Diablo 2 glitches and compatibility issues, and now by doing the same thing for Warcraft 3.
Today's update, titled simply as Patch 1.27a, brings with it improved compatibility for modern systems, a crash fix, and a preview of things to come. Here are the patch notes and what exactly Blizzard is planning to do with Warcraft 3 in the future:

[Update]: After nearly seven years in development, the System Shock Remake will finally be launching in March 2023!
The original System Shock 1 released over 20 years ago, and if you would attempt to play it today that fact would become apparent very quickly as the gameplay has not aged well.
However, the first gameplay footage from the upcoming System Shock 1 Remaster tells a completely different story. Not only does it look good, but it also seems to be far less clunky as well. Have a look, and I do hope you like jump-cuts:
Telltale's The Walking Dead: Michonne Continues On March 29th

Telltale's The Walking Dead: Michonne is a three-part mini series that follows the immensely popular Michonne during her untold journey between comic issues #126 and #139 where she left, and subsequently rejoined her friends.
The first episode launched last month, and as promised, the second one is coming near the end of March. In order to refresh your memory before Episode 2 launches Telltale prepared a video showcasing all of the major choices you could've made in Episode 1: In Too Deep. Microsoft Has Announced Cross-Platform Play - Rocket League Will Be Among The First To Adopt This

After years of being adamant against cross-platform play, despite the fact that their main competitors were doing it, Microsoft has finally announced that they will be adding native cross-platform support to their Xbox One and Windows 10 games.
Right after Microsoft's statement, Psyonix came out and confirmed that Rocket League will support PC and Xbox One cross-network play in the near future. Here's the message from Microsoft and a bit of exciting foreshadowing:

Deadbolt is an extremely challenging stealth-action hybrid that comes to us from the developers of the amazing Risk of Rain, and much like RoR it features satisfying action, pixely graphics and a whole lot of enemies to overcome.
