Warlords of Draenor is by far the worst expansion World of Warcraft has ever received, and its not because of the quality of its content, but rather the complete lack of thereof. With the upcoming Legion expansion now right around the corner, Blizzard has decided to prove that they have learned their lesson by announcing a major post launch patch - Return to Kharazan.

Unlike its previous raid incarnation, however, the patch 7.1 Kharazan will be a large five-man dungeon with nine bosses to contend with. Which bosses will be new and which ones will be making a return, I'm afraid I currently don't know, but if the recent trailer is any judge good ol' Moroes will be there to clean up all of the bloodstains. Have a look:

Besides Kharazan, patch 7.1 will bring with it a small raid set between The Emerald Nightmare and The Nighthold in terms of difficulty, though that's basically the extent of our knowledge right now. And if that isn't enough content for a single patch, Blizzard has also announced an extra outdoor area to further progress the story, and naturally, offer even more shiny cosmetics.

If you would like to give the new Kharazan a try before everyone else, patch 7.1 will be coming to the PTR (Public Test Realm) right after Legion's launch. And don't worry, the old Kharazan will still be up and available, so feel free to keep losing your sanity bit by bit trying to get that damned horse... not that I would know anything about that...

World of Warcraft: Legion will be arriving on August 30th, and if you would like to learn more you can head over to the official website for some general info, over here for a detailed preview of the new zones and features, and here for some of the nifty new animated shorts. Have fun!
