[Update #2]: World of Warcraft's Update 10.1.5 has arrived with a new mega-dungeon, Evoker Augmentation specialization and a lot more.

[Update]: Wrath of the Lich King Classic has added the WoW Token, and the community isn't happy about it.

It's only been a few short weeks since World of Warcraft's Update 10.1 arrived with a whole bunch of new content to mess around with, and already Blizzard has revealed their plans for more. Best of all, despite being a relatively minor patch in the grand scheme of things, Update 10.1.5 - Fractures in Time looks like it'll really shake things up!

First and foremost, Fractures in Time will bring with it a third Evoker specialization - Augmentation. This is going to be a new ranged DPS specialization, but with a twist! By using the combined might of the Black and Bronze dragonflights, Augmentation Evokers will be able to greatly amplify the abilities and combat prowess of nearby allies. They'll still be able to fight things on their own, so don't worry about open-world content being inaccessible, though Augmentation as a specialization will definitely shine the most in group activities where it'll act as a powerful force multiplier.

Unsurprisingly, the new spells will have some fancy visuals

Keeping on with the theme, Fractures in Time will add a new mega-dungeon by the name of Dawn of the Infinite that will task you with stopping the Infinite dragonflight from corrupting Nozdormu. In order to do so you'll have to face off against eight Mythic-only bosses across a variety of timelines, which given how creative and fun the campaign quests dealing with the Bronze dragonflight were, is something that fills me with a great deal of excitement.

The good news doesn't end there, however, as Fractures in Time will enable dragonriding (the superior form of flying) across the old zones, and even give you the option to use some of the classic mounts for dragonriding! And you'll definitely want to carefully select your favorites, because you'll be seeing a whole lot of them while attempting to complete the new Kalimdor Grand Prix!

[Update]: While work on enabling dragonriding across all of the old zones is currently underway, it doesn't look like it or the expanded dragonriding mount roster will be ready for 10.1.5 after all.

Warlocks are also getting a bit of a touch-up. Not only are they getting new cosmetic pets to choose from, but the racial restrictions are getting lifted so Night Elves, Draenei, Lightforged Draenei, Pandaren, Kul Tiran, Tauren, Highmountain Tauren, Mag’har Orcs, and Zandalari Trolls will all be able to master the fel arts. Add to that a new series of repeatable events, a quest chain that will have you raise baby dragons, along with a whole bunch of balance changes and tweaks, and Update 10.1.5 - Fractures in Time should be a pretty solid one.

While the exact details are still few and far between, and this includes the expected release date, you can learn a few more tidbits about Fractures in Time over at the official website. Enjoy, and I'll make sure to let you know once we get an actual date.
