Valorant artwork for Agent Skye

[Update]: Valorant's Update 1.11 has returned, though this time around without the gamebreaking bugs.

The most recent Update 1.11 for Valorant added a brand new Agent by the name of Skye, as well as a whole bunch of bug fixes, balance tweaks and quality of life improvements. Unfortunately, the update also brought with it a surprisingly large amount of bugs.

Some of these were humorous, like Omen's smoke filling your entire screen with Sage's texture files, while others were downright game-breaking and made heroes like Viper and Brimstone almost useless. Given the impact and sheer number of problems, Riot has now decided to pull the entire patch back.

"Real talk: 1.11 has been a technical nightmare," reads the brief update. "We'll redeploy later in the week once we can figure out a less disruptive time for the Valorant First Strike Qualifiers (and have a solution, obviously). If you started the Skye character contract, you won't be able to progress until we patch again. "

While most things have been rolled back, the left-handed viewmodel appears to have remained. So if you've selected the option previously, whether intentionally or simply as a test, you'll have to stick with it until later this week when Update 1.11 makes a return.

Once that happens I'll make sure to let you know, but until then I'd recommend getting used to the new Icebox map as it'll soon be coming to competitive play.
