[Update #2]: Creative Assembly has finally detailed the massive Beastmen rework!

[Update]: Creative Assembly has fully revealed Thorek Ironbrow and the Ogre Mercenaries which are coming as a part of the free DLC.

The Silence & The Fury DLC was first announced during the recent Skulls for the Skull Throne event on Steam, though that was obviously far too early as Creative Assembly left us with mere scraps for information. The only thing we really got out of the original announcement is that it would be a grand showdown between the Beastmen led by Taurox and the Lizardmen led by Oxyotl.

Well, the time for secrecy is now finally over, and I'm happy to say that Creative Assembly has now done a full (and rather impressive) reveal for The Silence & The Fury! First things first, here's the new and improved trailer:

As you've probably noticed, we're getting quite an exciting bunch of units! The Beastmen are getting the four-armed Ghorgon and the slobbering Jabbersylthe among other beasties, while the Lizardmen are getting the spell-casting lizard Coatl and the poison-spewing Troglodon alongside some fancy new Skinks. With this pretty much all of the massive monsters in the Lizardmen and Beastmen roster have been implemented, so the battles between the two factions should be quite legendary!

Before you go, I do have one more big reveal to tell you about - we're getting the Great Bray Shaman generic lord, Ogre mercenaries and a brand new Dwarf Legendary Lord for free! How exactly the mercenaries will work, or who the Dwarf lord even is, I'm afraid nobody outside of Creative Assembly currently knows.
