[Update]: Overwatch's 30th hero Baptiste has now arrived onto the PTR alongside a rather massive balance update.

If you're close to reaching the next rank, or if you haven't even started your placement matches yet, you might want to get on that as Season 14 of Overwatch Competitive Play will be ending on February 28th at 4:00pm PST (March 1 at 0:00 UTC). As for the next season, I am delighted to announce that Blizzard has finally gotten over the whole idea of having week-long 'breaks' where nothing really happens, so Season 15 will begin immediately after Season 14 ends!

When it comes to the rewards, however, they are following the same sort of template as the previous seasons. In other words, your highest season rank will be the one that dictates what you get in the end, so don't be afraid to push towards a higher rank in these last few days as you have little to lose and a lot to gain!

If you need a bit of a refresher on what exactly the rewards are, here's a list showing how many Competitive Points each rank will get you at the end of the season, as well as a small preview of the new spray:

SR 1-1499 (Bronze): 65 Competitive Points

SR 1500-1999 (Silver): 125 Competitive Points

SR 2000-2499 (Gold): 250 Competitive Points

SR 2500-2999 (Platinum): 500 Competitive Points

SR 3000-3499 (Diamond): 750 Competitive Points

SR 3500-3999 (Master): 1200 Competitive Points

SR 4000-5000 (Grandmaster): 1750 Competitive Points

On a completely different note, you might also be interested to hear that Blizzard has now revealed a brand new hero by the name of Baptiste. While Blizzard still hasn't shared what Baptiste's abilities will be, I can at least tell you that he will be a combat medic equipped with an awesome-looking grenade launcher. I can only hope he'll end up being just as fun to play as Ana!
