Hitman 2 screenshot of a hippo from the Colombia level

Hitman 2 is set to arrive this November 13th, and thankfully, it will not be using its predecessor's episodic format. So once it finally arrives you will be able to enjoy all of the missions from the get-go, while the post-launch content will come in the form of new Elusive Targets, cosmetics, and most likely DLCs with new maps to mess around with.

I can't tell you anything about the DLC maps as the developers probably haven't even started working on them just yet, but what I can show you is a preview of the swampy and treacherous Colombia map. Have a look, it seems like quite an interesting one:

While I'm sure this makes me sound like an absolute psychopath, I'm really looking forward to seeing what sort of nonsense we'll be able to do with that hippo. After all, they're some of the most aggressive animals around, so I can't imagine IOI just dropped one in to flesh out the scenery. On a slightly unrelated note, is it still considered a pacifist playthrough if a hippo just so happens to accidentally rampage through the place you're trying to infiltrate?

Once you're done pondering such important questions, I would recommend heading over to the official website to learn more about Hitman 2 and what exactly it has to offer. And just for good measure, I'll leave you with the original announcement trailer. Enjoy!
