Halo Infinite official artwork and logo

[Update #2]: Halo Infinite's open-world singleplayer campaign has now arrived for PC and Xbox, and so far it's looking remarkably good.

[Update]: Instead of launching in the 2020 holiday season, Halo Infinite has been pushed back to 2021.

In an announcement that should come as no surprise given that it's Microsoft's big-hitter, Halo Infinite (or rather Halo 6) has now been unveiled for both PC and Xbox One. There are very few gameplay details currently available, but what I can tell you is that the campaign will focus on the Master Chief and continue on with his storyline after the events of Halo 5.

What might also be of interest is that Halo Infinite will be going back to the series' iconic art style and tone, as you'll see in the in-engine trailer below. Again, there is unfortunately no gameplay on display, but the visuals sure do look lovely! Have a peek:

As you might expect from the lack of a gameplay trailer, Halo Infinite currently has no release date set either. Once this changes I'll make sure to let you know, but until then you can visit the official website for just a tiny bit more information.
