[Update #2]: CDPR has released the minimum and recommended system requirements for Cyberpunk 2077.

[Update]: Cyberpunk 2077's new preview shows off the three distinct origin stories and various high-powered weapons

While it was originally supposed to release this September, the ongoing pandemic has unfortunately resulted in Cyberpunk 2077 being delayed yet again. As such, the new release date has now been pinned for November 19th across all platforms.

It's not all bad news, however, as CDPR has just recently released an extended and rather exciting gameplay preview as a part of their Night City Wire event. Have a gander, it's a pretty long one:

As expected, Cyberpunk 2077 is looking pretty darn good, though there is one thing that worries me - the sheer amount of features CDPR is trying to cram in. At this point it feels like Cyberpunk 2077 is going to be three different games bolted together, and while it's certainly possible to make all of that gel well, history has shown that it usually results in one good idea constantly getting interrupted by multiple bad ones. So here's to hoping the numerous delays have given CDPR enough time to get everything squared out and ready to go, because I sure could use a massive RPG to get properly immersed into these days.

My ramblings aside, you can learn more about Cyberpunk 2077, as well as follow any future updates, over at the official website. And just for good measure, I'll leave you with one of the earlier trailers. Enjoy!
