[Update #2]: The day has finally come, Cyberpunk 2077 has been unleashed!

[Update]: Cyberpunk 2077 has been delayed yet again, this time until December 10, 2020.

After what feels like an eternity of waiting, Cyberpunk 2077 will finally be launching for PC and consoles this December 10th. So if you're looking to get some last-minutes upgrades for your PC in order to get Cyberpunk to run as best as it can, you'll be happy to hear that CDPR has now shared the system requirements.

A more detailed list will hopefully arrive at some point closer to Cyberpunk's release date, but for now, here's a fairly basic overview showing the minimum and recommended specs:

Minimum system requirements:

OS: 64-bit Windows 7 or 64-bit Windows 10
Processor: Intel Core i5-3570K or AMD FX-8310
Memory: 8 GB
Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 780 3GB or AMD Radeon RX 470 4GB
Storage: 70 GB HDD (SSD recommended)

Recommended System Requirements:

OS: 64-bit Windows 10
Processor: Intel Core i7-4790 or AMD Ryzen 3 3200G
Memory: 12 GB
Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 GGB or AMD Radeon R9 Fury
Storage: 70 GB SSD

As you've likely realized from all of the previews released so far, Cyberpunk 2077 will be quite a taxing game to run. On the positive side, at least it doesn't want to devour your entire SSD like Call of Duty! Also, on a slightly unrelated note, it's also worth mentioning just how impressive it is that the good ol' GTX 780 workhorse is still capable of running Cyberpunk despite its age. That really was one mean GPU!

You can get a pretty good idea of what your PC will be sweating over through the recently posted "Gangs of Night City" preview. Enjoy, and if you're looking to learn more about Cyberpunk 2077, you should head on over to the official website.
