[Update]: Superfuse has now landed into Early Access, though sadly in a bit of a rough state.

If you're looking for another ARPG to throw into the rotation, you might want to keep an eye on the freshly announced Superfuse. To put it simply, it's a superhero-based hack & slash that will have you rampage across a myriad of procedurally generated levels with five different character classes, hoard a seemingly endless supply of loot with randomized stats, and explore a fully voiced campaign in either singleplayer or co-op.

Most importantly, each class will have multiple superpowers to choose from, as well as a deep and expansive skill tree to dive into. So as long as everything ends up being somewhat balanced, Superfuse should support a wide variety of playstyles, which is always a positive for an ARPG.

While the announcement trailer won't show you much in terms of actual gameplay, it should at least give you an idea of the sort of atmosphere and tone Superfuse is going for. Have a gander:

No release date has been announced just yet, but you can expect Superfuse to smash onto Steam at some point in 2022. Once we get an actual date, as well as a gameplay trailer longer than two seconds, I'll make sure to let you know.

Until then, you can read a little bit more about Superfuse over at the official website. Enjoy!
