[Update]: The PC version has now been all but confirmed.

The Spyro Reignited Trilogy was supposed to arrive this September 21st for Xbox One and PlayStation 4, but according to the most recent announcement it has now been delayed until November 13th to ensure it's as polished as possible. As for the PC version, nothing has been said just yet, but much like the Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy I think it's safe to say we'll be seeing Spyro a few months after the console release.

"We're deeply committed to getting these games right, so we’ve decided to move the release date of Spyro Reignited Trilogy to November 13, 2018," reads the brief developer update. "I really hoped that you would be rescuing dragons and scorching Rhynocs sooner, but the Trilogy needs more love and care.  In November when you’re exploring the Dragon Realms, Avalar and the Forgotten Worlds, we know you’ll agree the extra time was worth the wait."

Personally, I'm not too worried about the delay as the Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy went through the exact same process and ended up being pretty darn good. After all, it's better to wait an additional month than to be forced to endure some potentially game-breaking bugs, bugs that will then require that same additional month to fix.

Once more details come up I'll make sure to let you know, but until then you should visit the official website to learn about the Reignited Trilogy. And as a final note, allow me to leave you with the original announcement trailer, just for good measure. Enjoy!
