Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age artwork and logo

With most Final Fantasy games already on PC, and Final Fantasy XV coming in the near future, it shouldn't come as much of a surprise to hear that the remastered version of Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age will arrive soon as well. In terms of content the PC version will bring with it support for ultra-wide monitors and 60 FPS, new game plus and minus game modes, the ability to shift between the various soundtracks at will, full controller support, as well as the usual slue of Steam-related features.

If you're wondering what all of this might look like in-game, wonder no more as the developers have recently posted a fairly lengthy trailer. There isn't much actual gameplay on display, but you should still get a general idea of what Final Fantasy XII is all about. Have a look:

Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age will be coming to PC this February 1st via Steam. Before you get too excited, it is also worth mentioning that the starting price will be $50, though there will be a 20% discount for anyone that decides to purchase it within the first week. Whether you consider that worth your time and money, that I'll leave for you to decide.

If you would like to learn a little bit more, about the PC version or Final Fantasy XII in general, I would recommend heading over to the official website. On the other hand, if you just want the super-short version, you should head over to the original PC announcement.
