Fallout 4 Community Patch is here to fix up Fallout 4

Despite Fallout 4 being the least buggy game in Bethesda's recent history, it still came with a fair few glitches, broken AI, and most annoyingly, progression-breaking bugs.

To Bethesda's credit, however, they did manage to fix most of the big ones, but unfortunately there are still hundreds of tiny bugs left throughout the Commonwealth, bugs that are probably not important enough for them to dedicate developer time to. Thankfully, this is where the community comes in to save the day once again, this time around by releasing a comprehensive bug fixing patch.

The goal of the 'Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch' is to provide fixes to hundreds of gameplay, quest, NPC, text, and placement bugs without causing any sort of new performance issues, or glitches. To see the entire list of changes you can head over to the official 'unofficial patch notes'.

If you do decide to grab UF4P, keep in mind that it requires you to load your mods in a very specific order, as shown below:

Fallout4.esm
[Official DLCs]
[Other ESM Files]
Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch.esp
[The rest of your mods]

While I haven't personally tried out this community patch I can tell you that the comments are mostly positive, and more importantly, that its the same crew that made the unofficial Oblivion and Skyrim patches, patches I've made extensive use of without a single hitch.

However, I would still recommend backing up your save files before installing this, or any other mod, purely as a safety precaution if everything goes terribly wrong and the game lights itself on fire.
