It appears that CI Games have managed to do some serious optimization work on Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3 as even though its running on the latest CryEngine, and sporting some fairly impressive visuals, the system requirements are surprisingly reasonable. You will need a good CPU in order to run it on anything beyond minimum settings, however, but that's pretty much par for the course in big budget games these days.
