Serious Sam VR: The Last Hope screenshot showing some co-op gameplay

Serious Sam VR: The Last Hope launched in Early Access back in October, and has since then received a steady stream of updates. But while those mostly offered minor changes or gameplay additions, the most recent update has added two more difficulty settings for you to toy around with (tourist and serious), and more importantly, co-op multiplayer!

If you're wondering what this might look like in game, you'll find the recently posted (and incredibly brief) teaser video down below. Have a look:

As you can probably guess from the video, Serious Sam VR: The Last Hope is basically a wave shooter where you stand around and throw cannonballs at anyone stupid enough to walk in front of you. So if you were hoping for the full Serious Sam experience in VR, you won't find here, but if you feel like gunning down enemies by the hundreds it might be the game for you.

You can find out more about Serious Sam VR, or the update itself, by heading over to Steam. And as a final note, I would recommend not buying it just yet given that the Steam Winter Sale is set to arrive on December 22nd, meaning that if you're patient enough you might get it at a hefty discount.
