[Update]: Old School RuneScape is heading over to Steam this February 24, 2021!

It may have taken quite a while for this to happen, but RuneScape has now finally made its way to Steam! It brings with it 20 new achievements, 15 trading cards, 6 emoticons, 6 badges, as well as 3 player profile backgrounds to spruce up your account with.

Speaking of which, the Steam launch has also brought with it a couple of bundles for first-time members. Each one offers an increasingly lengthy RuneScape Membership Access subscription, fancy cosmetics and treasures keys, so if you're already planning to spend money on membership, you might want to look into those. As for whether any of them are actually a good deal, I'm afraid I simply don't know.

When it comes to the immensely popular Old School RuneScape, it'll also be coming to Steam, though with a bit of a delay. The exact release date hasn't been announced just yet, but you can expect to see it launch at some point in early 2021.
