The enemies in Prey are not your usual bunch of sci-fi bad guys. Instead of mustache-twirling villains or faceless goons with laser rifles most of the things you'll be facing off against defy any sort of classification. They're either floating balls of darkness, humanoid shadows that are able to cross wast distances within a single blink, and apparently a whole bunch of shapeshifters as well.

If you're interested in learning what these Typhon aliens are really like you'll find the recently posted trailer down below. It doesn't feature much in terms of gameplay, but it does showcase some of the more intriguing parts of Prey's lore. Have a look:

Its not just the aliens that are able to use all of these freaky powers, because with enough training you will be able to master them as well. And yes, this does include the completely ridiculous Mimic power! As for Prey itself, it will be coming to both PC and consoles on May 5th. To learn more I would recommend heading over to either Steam or the official website.
