The Legend of Heroes Trails to Azura PC JRPG - official art and logo

If the recent PC port of The Legend of Heroes: Trails from Zero has gotten you interested in the series, you'll be happy to hear that its follow-up is nearly upon us! According to the latest announcement, The Legend of Heroes: Trails to Azure will be launching onto PC, PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch on March 14, 2023.

What it looks like in action, as well as what you can expect to see in terms of storytelling, that you can find out through the freshly posted trailer. Have a gander:

The exact details have not been announced just yet, but if its predecessor is any judge I'm fully expecting the PC version of Trails to Azure to bring with it a ton of improvements. These will most likely include technical enhancements such as increased draw distance and support for higher framerates, as well as more gameplay orientated features like a high speed mode to help get through some of the slower fights.

What I can say for certain is that you'll definitely want to play Trails from Zero before diving into Trails to Azure. Not only because the story might not make much sense without the added context, but also because Trails to Azure will allow you to import your save data to unlock a bunch of additional scenes!

I'd love to tell you more, but that's pretty much it for the time being. Once additional information becomes available, ideally alongside a full list of improvements, I'll make sure to let you know.

Until then, you can read a few more tidbits about The Legend of Heroes: Trails to Azure over at Steam. Enjoy!
