[Update]: NieR Replicant remaster has now landed onto PC, thought not without some technical issues.

If you found yourself in love with NieR: Automata and you're wishing to learn more about the strange universe the story takes place in, you'll be happy to hear that a remastered version of the prequel is now just about ready to launch. And I'm not joking about that either, because NieR Replicant will be releasing for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One tomorrow, on April 23!

In terms of improvements, NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139... (yes, that is actually its name) brings with it enhanced visuals and support for modern resolutions, a brand new soundtrack recorded by NieR:Automata composer Keiichi Okabe, as well as bunch of quality-of-life tweaks to make the gameplay flow better.

As for what exactly all of this looks like in actual gameplay, that you can check out through one of the recent trailers. Have a gander, it's a pretty fun one:

Once Nier Replicant goes live I'll make sure to let you know. Until then, you can read a little bit more about it by hopping over to Steam. Enjoy!
