If you've somehow managed to avoid playing Disco Elysium all this time, yet you're eager to give it a try, you might be pleased to hear that the new and improved Disco Elysium - The Final Cut has now landed onto PC and consoles. Best of all, the PC version is currently 45% on Steam!

When it comes to the changes, The Final Cut brings with it a very important addition - full voice acting for all of the characters, including the various player skills and internal narration. You can also expect to see new quests, new characters and locations, as well as a variety of small tweaks, quality of life changes and optimizations.

Since trying to describe voice acting through words alone tends to not be the most fruitful of endeavors, allow me to share with you the recently posted launch trailer. It should clue you in quite quickly on just what Disco Elysium is going for. Have a gander:

Before you dive into Disco Elysium, it's also important to mention that it's very much so a story focused game. While you can use violence as tool for getting answers out of people, you'll probably spend most of your time talking to various characters, talking to yourself, or just soaking in the atmosphere. I don't consider any of that a negative, mind you, but I feel it's well worth letting you know just what kind of bizarre yet compelling experience you might be getting yourself into.
