Life is Strange: Before the Storm is a prequel to the original game set three years before Max returned to Arcadia Bay. However, due to the recently ended SAG-AFTRA strike the original voice actor for Chloe was unable to reprise her role. Rhianna DeVries did an admirable job of trying to emulate Chloe's voice, but for many fans it was just not the same.

With that in mind, I am very glad to say that the upcoming Before the Storm bonus episode "Farewell" will feature both of the original voice actors for Max and Chloe: Hannah Telle and Ashly Burch! As you might expect from the name of the episode alone, Farewell will cover Max's initial departure from Arcadia Bay, though I'm afraid no exact details have been revealed just yet. What I can tell you is that Farewell will be coming in early 2018 for all platforms, and that it will be available for free to everyone who owns the Deluxe Edition.
