LawBreakers screenshot of the gravity-breaking combat in action

LawBreakers released a short while ago to some positive reviews, though due to its rather hefty €30 price tag it failed to acquire a stable playerbase. According to Steamcharts the current situation is quite dire indeed as LawBreakers only has an average of ~158 players! Not exactly ideal for a game that released a mere month ago, I'm sure you'll agree.

In order to reverse this trend, and hopefully bring in some fresh blood, the developers have announced an extended free weekend. From today until Monday, October 2nd at 6pm BST LawBreakers will be entirely free to try out on Steam and PS4. So if you ever wanted to give LawBreakers a try, now would be the best time to do so as you're guaranteed to have plenty of beginners to spar with.

If you're interested in my opinion,  I will say that LawBreakers is a well-made FPS and quite enjoyable in short bursts, but its simply not something I will replace my daily fix of Overwatch with. It is well worth trying, however, so I would still recommend you give it a look while its free. You can learn a little bit more about it, or just check out some of the gameplay trailers, by heading over to the official website. And finally, here's the bizarre free weekend trailer, just to give you a brief idea of what you're getting yourself into. Enjoy!
