Resident Evil Resistance is a 4v1 asymmetrical multiplayer game where a team of survivors needs to do whatever it takes to escape, all the while being hounded by an evil mastermind who's placing traps and monsters in their way. If that sounds like something you might want to check out, it's worth mentioning that Resistance can't be bought on its own, but instead comes bundled together with the Resident Evil 3 remake.

That connection has just been made even stronger as Resident Evil 3's protagonist, Jill Valentine, has now made her way to Resistance as a brand new survivor. Much like the rest of the characters, she has two unique abilities at her disposal: Evade that lets her swiftly dodge attacks, and S.T.A.R.S. Armory that gives her temporary access to some immensely powerful weapons with which she can blast any opposition apart.

While Capcom hasn't released a preview for the update itself, you can get a little bit of a sneak peek through Resident Evil 3's Jill-focused trailer. Have a gander:

As for the future, the Resistance team has updated the roadmap to show that Nicholai Ginovaef will be added as the next free mastermind in May. When it comes to the actual details and unique abilities, however, I'm afraid there is basically no information available just yet.
