After quite a few teasers and even scares about its cancellation, Hitman 2 has now finally made its way to both PC and consoles. Perhaps most importantly, at least as far as my tastes are concerned, Hitman 2 did not follow its predecessor's episodic format, choosing to instead release as a fully finished game with numerous levels and challenges to undertake from the get-go!

If you're wondering what exactly the new Hitman has to offer, as well as what sort of exotic locations we'll be sent to make a mess out of, allow me to share with you the recently posted trailer. Have a gander:

I've unfortunately not had the time to play it myself just yet, but I am very glad to say that the reviews so far are generally quite positive. As is tradition, there's the usual batch of bugs and crashing issues you'll have to avoid, but as far as the gameplay itself is concerned, it's thankfully pretty much Hitman: Season 2. So if you enjoy sneaking around and planning out your kills with surgical precision, only to mess up somewhere along the line and end up on an axe rampage, Hitman 2 looks like it's going to be well worth a closer look.

You can find out more, as well as grab yourself a copy, by visiting either the official website or Steam. Have fun, and here's a big ol' hippo, just for good measure!
