Halo 2: Anniversary artwork without logo for the PC version

[Update]: Just as planned, Halo 2: Anniversary has now finally made its way to PC.

Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary made its way to PC as a part of The Master Chief Collection back in March, and I'm very happy to say that Halo 2: Anniversary will soon be following suit. And when I say soon, I really do mean that as Halo 2: Anniversary is coming to PC next week, on May 12th!

In terms of features, the PC version of Halo 2 will add the option for 4K resolutions and 60+ FPS, fully customizable keyboard and mouse support, the ability to mess around with the FOV slider, and the list of technical features goes on. Those of you in the mood for an oldschool Halo 2 experience, however, will also be glad to hear that you will be able to toggle between the remastered graphics from the Anniversary edition and the visuals from the original Halo 2.

While there is unfortunately still no trailer for the PC version, you can get a little bit of an idea what Halo 2: Anniversary has to offer through one of the original Xbox trailers. Have a gander, it's a rather nostalgic one:

To learn more about Halo 2: Anniversary, as well as The Master Chief Collection itself, you should head on over to either the official website or Steam. Enjoy!
