After a bit of a delay, Guild Wars 2's Living World Season 4: Episode 3 - Long Live the Lich has now finally made its way to the live servers. While its full title might be absurdly long, the update more than makes up for it in terms of pure content. There's a new chapter of the currently ongoing Living World storyline, an expansive new map to explore and pillage, a new legendary item to craft, and most importantly of all, a rather speedy Roller Beetle mount to acquire!

If you would like a little bit of a sneak peek at what the Long Live the Lich update brings to the table, you'll find the recently posted trailer right below. It's fairly short, but I'd say it's well worth checking out, if for no other reason than the new beetle mount. Have a gander:

The servers were a bit unstable earlier today so I haven't been able to explore much of the new zone, but so far it seems to be mostly par for the course. In other words, it's a pretty darn awesome content update that will keep you occupied for around a dozen hours, after which you'll most likely move onto something else. That might not sound like much, but for a free update in a subscription-free MMORPG, I would say that's still quite impressive!
