Bandai Namco has announced today that the long-awaited sequel to Dragon Ball Xenoverse will be arriving for all platforms on October 28.

In order to celebrate this announcement, they've released a brand new trailer filled with everything the Dragon Ball series is known for: screaming, punching, screaming, huge energy balls, and naturally, even more screaming. Have a look:

Unlike most other fighting games, Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 features a fair few elements borrowed from the MMO and RPG genres. Besides simply punching other players in the face or taking part in battles from the show, you will be able to create your very own character and customize their fighting style in whichever way you see fit, and then use your Goku clone #1459 in order to freely explore the Dragon Ball universe.

If you're interested in getting a taste of the Xenoverse, but can't be bothered to wait until October 28, you could give the original game a try. Its currently 75% off on Steam, and will set you back €12,5/$12,5 for the basic package.
