Dragon Ball FighterZ is an upcoming 2.5D fighting game that aims to bring the series back to its roots. You might also be glad to hear that its being developed by the famed Arc System Works, the studio behind Blaz Blue, Guilty Gear, and the upcoming BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle. In other words, there is actually a pretty damn high chance they will manage to pull this off!

If you have any doubts, or if you're just wondering what Dragon Ball FighterZ even plays like, you'll find the recently posted gamescom trailer right below. Dragon Ball FighterZ will be coming to PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 in February 2018, though the release date has not been confirmed just yet. If you would like to learn a little bit more, or just check out some of the other gameplay videos, I would recommend going to the official website. As a final note, if you're on a console and would like to get a sneak peek at what Dragon Ball FighterZ has to offer, you can sign up for the Closed Beta by heading over here. Good luck with being chosen!
